Had to check out this place due to all the hype. It’s good, but I think a tad bit over rated. Pizza is comparable to Joe’s in nyc but it’s much greasier here. The service was subpar, with the waitress never checking in besides the initial order which was delayed to begin with. I guess that’s expected if it’s busy. The price of soda is $3 for a can and the payment is accepted only via cash. I find that quite archaic in today’s time along with no takeout/delivery.

Been around for 80 years same family, same thin, crispy crust, with a glass of Chianti just perfect. Old school NY pizza place, Yankees decor, not fancy except for the quality of the pizza that is 5 stars.

Good pizza. However, we had to wait over an hour to get it while we were sitting at the table. Other thing, the city "Pisa" is mispelled as "Piza" on the table papers.

They had me waiting over an hour for the most mediocre and burnt pizza of my life. The bottom of the pie was totally dusted with raw flour. The place is also dirty. Honestly, if you told me their pie was from a dollar slice shop I would believe you.

I came here with hubby recently. I will say, the pizza is VERY good! I think this pizza is more of a sit down and eat kind of pizza, not take out. The wait was about 45 minutes, but that was to be expected being that it was a Saturday night, on top of me hearing that they're even packed during the week. The pizza had a very thin, crunchy crust which made the pizza amazing. Our waitress (I completely forgot her name) was great. As packed as they were, she always checked in on us. I give them 4 stars because the baked clams and calamari weren't that good. They weren't terrible, but I won't be ordering that again. I'll stick to the pizza and cheesy garlic bread

Visited for the first time. Wait was ridiculously long for two pies when not even that crowded (though, on a Friday night). Unfortunately, the pizza was not even that tasty. Definitely not worth the wait. The staff is slow and do not improve the experience either.

Consistently the best thin crust pizza out there! Easily Top 10 in New York! Definitely eat in. One person can eat a whole pie when they're hungry so, order up!

I’m not sure if these reviews are from out of state people, but I’m from NYC ,take my advice. Not worth the 30 dollar pies and heated up frozen appetizers, the biggest disappointment ever. Trash honestly. Go anywhere else literally

This was the most disappointing meal I have ever had in my life! The pizza was horrible and didnt live up to its hype. I dont know how people are rating this place so high. The pizza was so thin it was breaking off as I was eating it. The appetizers were heated up frozen foods that was served to us burnt. None of the food had flavor. The pasta we ordered was horrible. There was nothing I enjoyed about this place. On top of all this, they charge tax on our bill and its cash only place. They dont even offer tap water, which is illegal!!

Please folks read this comment before trying them out. I beg you, take your money else where. I just read many comments that had a similar experience to mine, but my experience tonight was like none other. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Rude, mean, angry, disgusting, horrible, unfriendly, hostile workers. I had an experience tonight I will never forget as long as I live. Ever. All I can say is, Mount Vernon and that’s saying enough. But what I witnessed tonight with my own eyes, I never witnessed from any other franchise. The wait, the unprofessionalism.Mind you, we were one of the first people in the back of the room to order, when we got there in the back there were only 3 tables, after we sat down, it filled up. Everybody got their pizza served but us and the lady forgot to put our order in and was nasty to us about it and didn’t tell us she forgot until I told her that everybody got pizza but us and we were first, that’s when she said she forgotPlz stay away and never go to this filthworst place in “Westchester” wouldn’t even consider them Westchester, no parking and it’s a hole in the wall insidewe had 10 ladies scream in our face at the top of their lungs as we were explaining to the owner our experiencei’ll never forget it everAlso Racist.

HORRIBLY run place! Insanely rude staff never experienced such a bad dining experience. The waitress avoided us like the plague and I was nothing but nice to her. Plenty of better places in the area. Not worth the wait one bit. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service. Went in there for a pizza and mozzarella sticks. You pay 9 dollars for 6 crappy frozen mozzarella sticks that are bland and practically flavorless. We put in an order for a pie and waited 40 minutes causing my fiancé to be late to her college class just to find out they didn’t even start making our food yet. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous that this is how a business thinks it’s okay to run. Tables were nasty with the little cracks around the perimeter of the table were filled with grime and crud. I can assure they will NO LONGER get any more of my business from here on. UNACCEPTABLE

Imagine that this Italian restaurant bin around for almost 55 year and all it took was new owners who are not Italian to ruin it
