What happened to this place? They blocked off the bathrooms okay in case a homeless o a migrant has to use it? Buy they are just sitting in the dining room taking up space and the tables are not clean the floor has not been swept and the cashier has th freaking nerve to have an attitude . This is not McDonald's anymore.

I dread coming to this location of all locations, but I was here 3 hours away by bus for business reasons. All the restaurants in the Mount Vernon area seem to be backwards. This McDonalds is packed with customers and the setup is awful because there arent enough spaces for waiting customers to stand to get their food. Often times rowdy children are at this location acting inappropriately and have no manners. Literally no place to charge your phone and the area to get to the bathroom was closed off so none of the customers could use it. As a bus commuter, had I not gone to the local supermarket around the corner and asked to use their bathroom, I would have went all over myself.
They are always forgetting items in my order every single time. I can never just get everything I paid for when I order from here

The lady cashier that works at McDonald’s on gramaton Avenue in Mount Vernon she is a helpful and caring person very helpful with her customers she deserves a raise and a star for a good work she does she works Monday-Friday starts at opening every morning she the pretty medium weight such an awesome

I only go here because of the distance from my house. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle only to get it with with oily/ wet packaging and feeling completely sick afterwards. Threw out both sandwiches , I needed pepto bismol to get through my day afterwards.
