This is the 2nd time in a week of being ignored after ordering food at the kiosk…standing there waiting for a long period, and my food was sitting right there…the Hispanic employees do not notice or acknowledge black customers…I don’t get this!

Ordered at the kiosk, got charged on my card and had the employee tell me that bc my bank app marked the charge as “pending” that I hadn’t actually ordered anything and they couldn’t give me my order. The wait time at 2ish pm was cracking 10+ minutes and the whole operation was incredibly disorganized. I will be disputing this charge because I never received my order, 0/10 experience never again.

Got to be the worst McDonald’s in the world chile. They gone always forget something, and give you expired food. At this point it’s a running joke. I want the people working there to go to Manhattan and get a job at a place like Eataly or Mercado market maybe Whole Foods go get paid what you deserve and leave this job to the kids who need money because baby.

Terrible attention from the girls. They throw the bag of food at you. They are not cordial at all. And the bathroom was super neglected. Paper, sanitary pads on the floor. Horrible and disgusting

I haven't eaten McDonald's in over 20 years, and I used to love the Big Mac, but I stopped eating beef. I was hungry. Micky Dees was open, so i tried the Chicken Big Mac. It actually wasn't bad at all.. I'm tempted to try it again. I actually wanted to try the spicy nuggets, but they didn't have any.

They advertise that the dining room is open until 12, but it's actually not open until 12. You can't go inside, you can't place an order after 11. Advertise the correct hours
