I order from them from Uber and got the buy one get one free of 2 pizza and they sent me one each I don't appreciate the false advertisement and I called them at the store it came from and they would not pick up the phone at 6 N 3rd Ave, Mount Vernon, NY 10550 to explain what happen

This location has a very disgusting customer service when ordering delivery driver leaves food on the outside of the building neither rings the door bell to notify he’s arrived with food never again!

I went in New Year’s eve night ordered and personal pie. It took 20 mins so I left and came back. When I finally Received my pie I opened it to check inside and the garlic sauce container was smashed in my pizza Upside down. I asked him if he could remake it because just for the simple fact of germs precaution and who would want that? he told me the sauce is for the pizza I said I know. I just don’t like that it’s smashed in my pizza like that. He said don’t worry it’s going to taste good. (Verbatim) So rude. I get my pizza back the second time it looks like a Pizza Hut personal pan, and the guy didn’t cut my pizza fairly. While they were making my pizza, the guy at the register and the guy making the pizza in the back were arguing as if there weren’t customers in the store. Anger was out on my food and me. I called him forward and I said OK here’s what’s wrong with this pizza and I explained, I also explained how I didn’t like how he spoke to me. he apologized and said would you like a refund? I said yeah he said would you like the pizza because I was giving it back and I said yeah actually would. He processes my refund and then takes the pizza back. It says actually since I’m giving you a refund no Pizza. I want to speak to whoever owns that franchise. Or a GM asap

Great pizza, the thin crust was baked just perfect, lots of flavor and aroma. Great deal for the price. the guy who took my order and baked it for me was very nice and kind; considering the volume and multitasking he had to do while taking my order, and guess what, I got it ready in less than 10 minutes, which is amazing. Thanks for your hard work and great pizza, my new favorite in the area.
