Shitty service I spent 5 minutes waiting for the manager to take my order and he never did because he was too busy on the phone texting and he had no problem taking care of the light skin woman before me and even looked at her when she made a comment and then went back to the phone and did not even take my order so I left after 5 minutes of waiting, I do get that she was a pretty woman and he's a man but to to ignore your customer just because he's a male. Is extremely unprofessional

This is the 2nd time I have food delivered and its not what I ordered. I cannot eat spicy food. I requested classic, they sent 1 piece spicy. Thats not right. The food is cold. And it was not the delivery person, because I live near by and he came right away. It seems like if they think they can get away with something they will do it.

I had a disgustingly rude and racist experience at this location today. One of the staff (I believe his name is Anwar but I’m not sure) allowed a white customer to get roughly 4-5 extra sauces for his order but when I (a Black woman) asked for one for each of the 2 sandwiches I bought, I was told I had to pay extra for them, even though the white man standing right next me got his extra sauces FOR FREE.

For more context (since I know they will come and lie under my review), the white customer had a larger order that already came with approx. 4 honey mustards in his bag. This is not what I’m referring to. He asked for extra after getting his order and was given extra without having to pay.

If this location wants to charge for sauces:
1. Paying for ketchup and sauce is very silly. Your sauces should come with your order.
2. If “some” people need to pay extra, then everyone should. You can’t only enforce restrictions on certain people and not do the same for others.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and it’s known that some of the South Asian staff are hostile and disrespectful to Black patrons and that is unacceptable behavior. I reached out to Popeyes HQ for support and their response was lackluster at best. I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t be coming back here.

I also want to add that after I questioned the staff member on why the white guy was allowed to have so many free sauces, they showed me his receipt (which like I stated before isn’t the point because I wasn’t taking about the sauces that came in the bag) and then tried to placate me by giving me one free Sweet Heat for two sandwiches. Mind you, TWICE he handed me sauces that were busted open and dirty, until finally giving me a passable one the third time.

The sign on the door says they close every night at midnight. I'm writing this as the doors are locked at 1130pm. If u don't want to close late, than change your hours of operation..

Asked to use the restroom as my kids had to go and the manger Hasib said that the bathrooms are out of order because someone stoles the keys .. how can they have a restroom onsite and your not able to use it . They don’t have an out of service sign Poor service!!!

This is by far the worst popeyes I have ever been to. The general manager is so unprofessional. They will if you allowed them to give you overcooked dried out tenders and try to act like they are not going to replace. And they met me.

I ordered delivery at 7:37pm. The delivery time kept getting extended. I called the store 3x no answer. My delivery driver kept getting changed. At 8:40 my order was canceled. I am STARVING after a long day with 2 small babies. This is insane. Livid isn't enough to describe.
