People always view healthy food as boring, and/or tasteless. However, I look forward to having each and every one of my Souzafit meals. I’ve been buying my meals there for about two years, and the quality has never changed. Souzafit is the way to go!

I've tried so many other meal prep companies and nothing comes close to the quality of food and healthiness like Souza Fit. These meals are actually healthy unlike other places, and they do all this while making sure the food is delicious. My favorites are the salmon with guava sauce, steak medium done and white rice, and the beef burger.

For breakfast, I had a brioche bun with turkey bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese, accompanied by overnight oats and a juice. The juice was acceptable, though not particularly impressive. The overnight oats contained an excessive amount of walnuts, which I found unappealing. The brioche bun was satisfactory, albeit slightly dry, but still edible.
