There is a young Indian lady who works here who we call “the sandwich artist.” Every time she’s working, we know our sandwiches are going to be perfect. She puts the perfect balance of toppings and sauces on the subs with the perfect placement, which results in the best iteration of whatever sandwich we order. Iykyk. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

We are paid customers and Subway won't let us use their restroom saying it's only for employees I found that to be unacceptable.
We ordered multiple footlong subs for a charitable initiative for blind individuals, and even clearly mentioned in the special instructions to “add more vegetables and sauces” so they could enjoy a proper, filling meal.
Unfortunately, the sandwiches were carelessly prepared, lacking basic ingredients like vegetables and sauce, and were nowhere close to what was listed on the receipt. Even after calling the store and offering to share photos, they were dismissive and unwilling to listen.
This was not about getting a refund — we didn’t ask for one. But when food is being made for those who cannot see and are relying on us to feed them well, it’s heartbreaking to see such negligence and apathy.
I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously. When a customer leaves clear instructions and you fail to follow through, especially for a cause, it’s not just poor service — it’s irresponsible.

Lady was very rude she called the wrong people to confirm a mobile order and canceled the order. Now I will not have lunch and my money is held up in the subway account. Don’t come here go to a different subway.

I’ve never had a problem here. I always ask the staff to use a new gloves as I eat only chicken and tuna, and they always do. Courteous and friendly. Definitely will return

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. It used to be ok. NOW the every sandwich I’ve ordered in the last year or so have been very light on ingredients. Have many issues/cancellations of app orders. So disappointing lately. Take a look at my latest order of chicken teriyaki and tell me if u see much chicken…

HORRIBLE service. Cancel online orders, lie about calling to “confirm” the orders. When using rewards, they will cancel the order and make you reorder in-store, then refuse to honor the discount from your originally placed online order. Incredibly rude and entitled, talk bad about customers in Hindi to their face (my bf speaks Hindi and called them out and they didn’t apologize). Just overall terrible franchise. Our experience at other subways has been great, we eat here all the time, but the franchise owner should really know how his employees are treating customers.

Clean location. But—why was my salad bowl so in need of more salad?? A friend picked it up for me. There is no consistency with other locations where you nearly have to close the lid in the same fashion you would for an overpacked suitcase. This location was acting as if they had to ration out their lettuce leaves.

As a well known establishment if you don't accept coupons then there should be a sign posted to avoid wasting both of our time and your food. You'd rather lose the business than honor the coupon. Put a sign up that states you DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS or Participate with any of the promotions advertised. Had i known from the start of ordering I would have maybe chosen a different item but bc I had a coupon I placed the order and presented at checkout. Had there been any signage I as a customer I would have been. NOT COOL
