Something has changed at this place. I love their pumpkin cheese pie so much that I drive to rockland county just for that. This time the pie tasted wrong. The pumpkin part is now just a thin layer of paste and the crust is extra thick and hard. The taste is nothing like before. Oh why do you have to ruin such a treat that I have loved for years. In the past the parking lot used to be always full and there was always a line. Today I was the only one there. Wonder if people already figured out and stopped going.

The cakes are always really cute but the service needs WORK. Alyssa was just all around not pleasant . She wasn’t rude but her tone & the way she stated things was not right . I’ve been to carousel cakes before and have spoken to other ladies so I know that this isn’t their usual service . I was in a bind with the cake so I bought something day of and the way she communicated what could and couldn’t be done was very harsh . She wasn’t rude .. but just unpleasant …… I still love the cakes and love my cupcakes .. maybe I’ll just try another location .

Picked up my husbands birthday cake here! The hostos squiggly cake is amazing!!! Just like the cup cake and super affordable.. will buy from them again!
The cakes from here are amazing. They have a wide variety of cup cakes with dirt & and worm, aka dirty worm being my favorite. The cakes are always rich in flavor and moist.

My family and I have been customers for over 25 years, we buy all of our holiday and birthday cakes here. I recently stopped in to buy a few cupcakes and was highly disappointed. The cupcakes tasted as though they were in the fridge way TOO long; gross!! At first, I thought it was just me, so I had my husband try a different one, and his exact words were "gross, this place went down" If the cupcakes are not fresh REMOVE them and DO NOT sell them to your patrons. I did not want to post this, however, when I tried calling, I finally got someone on the phone that clearly did not want to be there, so I just hung up on her.
