Since 2020, I have ordered custom ice cream cakes for my birthday, and every single year they have been great. For some reason, this year I couldn't place the order online, but went into the store and explained everything to the head store lady (whose name I do not know).
But it came out lovely, and I was not disappointed.
Additionally, I occasionally head here after eating at Chili's with friends, and it's always a nice experience.

I usually shop at Carvel in New City, but it was near Nanuet today 09/04 around 7:30pm and I placed an online order. When I arrived, a man helped me. I told him my name. When he finished making my ice cream, he asked me if I was the customer and not the driver. I told him I was the customer. It's an online order, not a delivery order. He refused to give me my ice cream. He asked me to show my online order from my phone and even groped my cell phone. They need to train their employees to differentiate between online orders and delivery companies. Worst experience at this location

I been checking out this ice cream shop for a while now, I always get the thick ice cream shake lol. I never had a problem with them they always been pretty nice with me .
They’re busy which is a good sign for a business that is doing well. I believe I have interacted with all their staff they always been on point and friendly.
Like I said never had an issue.
Their thick ice cream shake and black raspberry ice cream is my favorite. Oh I also like their little round ice cream sandwich they make, also those are cool.
It’s a quick stop to get ice cream and go. Very cool place.

I came here like what two days ago or yesterday I forgot, but the person who served us with super rude when I when I was trying to pick a ice cream I want because I really didn’t know which one I wanted. She kept on like rushing me rushing me, and she was resting my other friends, and she was being so disrespectful like she was In a bad mood and she wasn’t treating us with respect and we came in here like so happy and everything because we just wanted a nice sweet treat and she was just being so rude to us I did not appreciate that and also my friend we left the shop so sad and mad. She just had a bad temper and it was not great at all. I’d really like it if you talk to the server, I don’t know her name, but I remember is the hairstyle she had and it was a ponytail and she had black hair. Thank you very much. happy Fourth of July

The worker was so mean to me so disrespectful so basically she scammed me because I had $555 with me and I got a small and it was 539 and she said I owed $.29 when I already paid for it she is a scammer. She has black hair. She had a ponytail So disrespectful I will never ever come back here if I could rate this place a zero I would, but I can’t so I give you one. Have a great day. Floors are filthy. The kitchen area is disorganized and filthy too. Ice cream flavors taste of heavy artificial flavors and coloring. The cash register is all the way at the end of the store, leading to long wait times. Terrible experience all around.

I’ve always enjoyed the ice cream here, but unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service was disappointing. My friend and I entered the store in a friendly and polite manner, but from the outset, the staff member assisting us was not welcoming. While we were trying to decide on our order, she remarked in a dismissive tone that I didn’t speak Spanish, even though we weren’t speaking to her at the time. Her attitude felt rude and lacked patience, which made the experience less enjoyable.
It’s disheartening to write this because I genuinely love the ice cream at this location, but I do believe that improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed, as I would like to continue visiting.

Portions were very very nicely done. Staff assisted me as soon as I walked in. Great service.

I called to order a last minute dairy free cake on a Friday night to be picked up the following day. They accommodated a pickup for the following afternoon. The cake maker worked with me to make sure it would be dairy free with the icing. It came out looking great and everyone thought it tasted good! Thank you !!

I just spent 70 bucks for ice cream and my carvelance was absolutely horrible. I paid for extra peanut butter cup and peanut butter sauce and I got a cup full of vanilla ice cream. Don't order from this place thru Uber eats they do not follow the instructions and charge you for extras that they don't give you.
