We were there today to buy shake & ice-cream but it was made wrong, we went back in to have it be made better & when customer is not satisfied, it's up to the management/owners to train employees to make things correctly, instead Sammie YELLS at me & shows me the paper she hung on wall for employees but if they don't follow it, then nothing will be made to satisfaction of customer but she as the owner didn't understand that & we had a horrible experience after being many years of their loyal customers. Sammie was so focused on YELLING at me that she even after making shakes for us and for the first time made it horribly for us. She also Yelled and said not to come to their Carvel anymore. So that should tell you. They may respond by blaming us about complaining but the fact is that we are not, we asked nicely to have it be made correctly but she just turned it all around to us and didn't want to accept their own fault/mistake.WE HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AFTER HOW WE WERE TREATED. THE VIDEO WE TOOK WILL BE ALL OVER EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA TO SHOW HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE WRONG & NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!!!

It is excellent service and friendliness and what they sell is very good. I went to carry a cake for my daughter and it turned out wonderfully.

I showed up to this carvel at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. When I arrived the “open” sign above the door was still on however doors were closed despite the on line time schedule stating the store closed at 10pm. There were 3 individuals in the store and one of them was directly in front of the door mopping. I knocked on the door assuming they may have locked the door accidentally, the young lady blatantly ignored my knock and even looked up by the 3rd knock and walked away. I was so disgusted with their customer service and the worst thing is she also was aware that I was with 2 children. I was so upset I knocked again hoping to catch the attention of an older women who may have been the manager; she too looked up and ignored my knock.I kept thinking, “I could have wanted to simply ask a question or may have been a customer earlier who thought I lost something and wanted to inquire” They had no idea why I was knocking and chose to ignore me.I will be calling the headquarters to complain and will never step foot in that store again !

My family and I have been coming to this establishment for many years, lately however it seem we're paying more and getting much less (yeah I know shrinkflation). Tonight I ordered a medium and small cup of soft ice cream with a total of 3 toppings between all of them for a cost of almost $15.00. When they filled the cups they left the middle empty and the toppings were very sparse. They charged an extra $1.40 for 6 M&M's and a tablespoon of peanuts on one cup, really!!!! My cup had 2 tablespoons of peanuts guess I scored. Additionally it seems like the ice cream isn't the same, it just doesn't taste the same, as if there's less vanilla favoring. So I'm done getting ripped off, I won't be back you can keep your 4 ounces of ice cream I'll go to to ShopRite to get my fill.

I needed a customized birthday cake with a mermaid on it. I sent a photo and they put the mermaid on the cake and happy birthday. My granddaughter and father gave me 2 thumbs up.

Cold brew coffee, pistachio and black Raspberry are wonderful. I add wet walnuts. Fantastic.
The owners are always friendly, helpful and fast at getting orders through to their customers. We always enjoy coming here!
No other ice cream is as smooth as Carvel. Most delicious ever! And these people have owned it forever and I've been going here for 38 years!
