Compared to my past ordering experiences in the city, I wasn’t expecting it to be immaculately clean, neatly organized, and even seasonally decorated. The service was incredibly fast, everyone was very kind, and they made the whole experience feel effortless.
I also didn’t remember the prices being this good, so that was a great surprise. Overall, it completely changed my perspective about the chain — the product, the value, and the overall customer experience.

Not coming back....felt uncomfortable...was met at car before seeing menu...only able to order something for granddaughter.....given order without utensils or straw....refused to take empty coffee cup to dispose of...company policy ...not accepting trash.....

Let me get to the menu as a customer to decide what I want… and been to one other chick fil a near Newburgh and always order Mac and cheese (Christy cheese layer on top yum) not this location more like uhhh had to dig to the bottom to find my crispy cheese layer…new place first and last visit disappointed

Food is great, but this is probably one of the worst branches I've been to. So many employees yet not very efficient. Have gotten my order wrong multiple times. And I was double charged for an order, which I will be disputing. Also takes a very long time to get order.
Update: a month later and order has been wrong everytime we go. Safe to say, we will sit this one out for a bit longer until things get fixed.

I attempted to give this location multiple chances but their food can either come out slightly good or completely terrible and stale. I also dislike the fact that they don't honor the military discount unless your in an uniform which I never heard of any company doing especially when your veteran, and not going to be walking around in your uniform. I can't support a business that has quality control issues for their food and denies veterans a discount. I heard all these good things about Chick-fil-A but this has been the worst fast food restaurant experience I ever had.

Terrible location everytime I go my order is completely wrong and the workers have a NASTY ATTITUDE. Better off driving the extra 30 minutes to the Ramsey Location I never have a problem there!

I visited 5 to 6 times and not once have they ever given me the sauces that I have asked for. Ordering is slower than it should be on delivery as confused. Somehow, the food quality isn’t even as good as the New Jersey branches.

Never been to a Chick-fil-A before, I will be back! I have to say that it's the best chicken sandwich that I've ever had, coming from a fast-food place. The service was great! And I've done walk in and drive up with the app. Today I was lazy and used the drive and app. You can heart your order if it's the same as last time, on the app. EAZZY!
