We had dinner with our family who were visiting from our country. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. This definitely made our experience amazing; we all loved it!

I've been going to chillies since it opened over the last few years the customer service has really gone down hill it's not a pleasant experience when you struggle to get salt or ketchup it feels like your ordering fast food the servers don't hardly acknowledge your existence.Im very disappointing. This was the chillies in nanuet new York.

Past couple of times ive been here lately ive been noticing my to go orders have had some type of mistake which is an annoyance within itself but this here is nasty. I understand its chicken and finding feathers isnt unusual but this many is kind of crazy to me, the fact that one of your staff saw this still cooked and served it is a little off putting to me definitely not going back. On top of that the wings were the complete wrong flavor, which makes no sense when i had to go through 2 people to complete the order all due to the first gentleman not knowing where to find the wings on the pos system and then after repeating the order 2 times to the girl that took his place to make sure it was correct the entire order was still wrong. To put it lightly this chilis sucks

Tobbe screamed across the restaurant where’s the waiter so he could get his table all because we asked for a box . I understand that we weren’t his table but all the waiters should be here to help every customer I mean that’s what they come to work for….TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
