Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I order online, there has to be an issue with my order. Who the heck wraps a burrito like this? Actually, disgusting. You pay $20 for a burrito and you can’t even wrap it nicely.

I have always enjoyed dining at this Chipotle, and today I was particularly impressed by a young African descent gentleman who assisted me when I arrived to pick up my online order. There were two guys and he was the one closer to the register. Wish I would have gotten his name. He was courteous and helpful, and I truly appreciated his service. It’s was around 4:20pm. However, when I got home to enjoy the meal with my daughter, our experience took a shocking and distressing turn. While eating, my daughter suddenly screamed in pain, held her cheek, and began coughing. To my horror, she spit out a small battery that was in her food. This could have resulted in a serious choking hazard or even poisoning had she swallowed it. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by this incident. I would like to know what steps Chipotle will take to prevent this from happening to other customers. Please address this matter urgently!!

They price gouging adding random protein choices to your bill that you didn’t even order. Rice is bottom of the pot hard. Go try these methods in Newark. Stingy on the guac and protein. Cashier needs to be diagnosed with strabismus.

$22 later half a bowl they forgot my chips and I asked for a small drink and got charged for a large, can not imagine eating here ever again it’s sad you have to do better.

You need to power wash the front steps they look grimy. Place looks dirty in and out. it’s falling apart just after recent opening. Food was not satisfying, meat was hard and cold Go to Shake Shack next door instead

Horrible attitude from one of the managers. Never been treated like that from the nanuet location. Instead of rectifying the order he catches an attitude and tells me there is nothing he can do staring me down rolling his neck. And mind you my voice wasn't loud or I did not speak disrespectfully to the staff. It was never communicated to me that a certain item wasnt there and he could've apologized for the mix up and that's it!! Instead he embarrasses me. If y'all want attitude with a side of not getting what you asked for then that's the place you go. That chipotle location in Nanuet use to be really good with customer service and super friendly. The wrong ppl are getting the managerial spots and needs to be retrained or replaced.

The place is FILTHY!
The kitchen is mayhem. Pans, dirty dishes, Rice and sauces everywhere!
Dinning room is a huge mess most tables are dirty. Piles of discarded food and just dirty.

I’m sorry but they MUST BE HIGH AF or drunk while working there. The amount of incorrect orders I have received from this place is simply ridiculous.

Front steps need a good power washing
Somebody clean this place up
