I just had a steak im cheese Saturday night. It was disgusting the worse steak in cheese I ever had. Those sandwiches isn't cheap I bought 2 I would love to have my money 💰 back . They have was un eatable.

Don (X) is the best sandwich artist! He was so kind and patient with us when we explained our son’s allergy, and he took great care of us with speed and accuracy! Wish we had employees like him at our Rhode Island location! We will be back!

The subs are good, like all JM locations...but when an establishment, especially one that is not just a 'mom and pop' kind of place, overcharges customers over an extended period of time, that is a major problem. By this I mean that the register/computer charges more than the displayed menu prices. This happened to me several times over a period of 6 weeks. When I finally brought it to the attention of the counter folks, they were a bit rude about it. If you choose to go there, be aware of this.
