Why are yall consistently forgetting to put a singular biscuit in the order? Especially if the order is SIMPLE. Also employees should know not to put a handful of OPEN NASTY ketchup packets that are STUCK TOGETHER all over the napkins/food do better also why do the employees always have a nasty attitude??

The food it’s not good and they don’t want to return it while i picked up inside the store and i didn’t put my hands on anything except boxes but they refused to return the food that’s half of it is saggy and not eatable
DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN HERE.I ordered a 2 piece meal with a thigh and drumstick. The thigh was shaped funny and when I broke it in half to eat, I saw that it was actually a chicken spine and chicken brain. I showed it to the manager and he asked "How did it get in there?" and didn't believe me even though I gave the piece to another staff person and had a photo of it. I will not be back.

They served chicken spine and brain claiming it was a thigh piece. The staff were less than helpful and refused to believe their own eyes or our knowledge of anatomy. Finally got a refund after having our intelligence insulted with incredulous their incredulous looks and comments. "How did it get in there?" was their response to being asked for a refund.
