I finally tried some SalvaDorian pupusas here at La Cascada. It didn't disappoint! The restaurant has been here for well over 25 years and there a reason why. I ordered 2 cheese and 1 black bean/cheese lupus's. It took about 20 mins as it's made fresh. Very very good! It was piping hot and it came with a tomato based sauce and coleslaw in marinated vinegar. With or without the sides, the pupusas were homemade and delicious. And for all three it only cost $9.75. I would've paid more for these authentic homemade goodness! The restaurant has tables but only 2-3 are actually used, since the pandemic in 2020. The staff is very friendly, helpful and bilingual. Hats off to the chef! I will need to return and try more items on their menu. Highly recommended!
