The worker at the window was very rude and repeated slammed the widow close as I tried to speak. She gave me my order completely messed up. My fries were cold, drinks were wet, burger undercooked and had an attitude because I was waiting for the rest of my order that she forgot. And when I went to ask for my stuff to be remade she said its to busy and shut the window again. I never complain because I understand things can get crazy. But this is a whole other level of disrespect and I will not be eating from here again. I want my money back I cant even feed this to a wild animal.

Today i was at McDonald's at 6:25 am. I days hello in the speaker 5 times waited 5 minutes for no answer. Then I drive to the window. Knocked on the window and beeped my horn, again, no answer but I could see somebody sitting on the workstation and refusing to acknowledge that somebody's at the window. Then, I drove around to the door where it was locked.I knocked on that multiple times but nobody answered. I drove it around to the speaker where she finally answered to say the card was down. I asked for the manager she said she was. Told her it was very unprofessional to not answer. Asked for her name. She was very rude and refused to give me her name. She told me if I didn't like it don't come and eat at McDonald's.

I wish I could rate this McDonald’s zero stars. The service is absolutely horrendous. Fast food? Hell no this is the slowest service you will ever experience in your life!
Absolutely horrible. 30 mins for 5 ice creams and no one came to the counter to greet anyone or take their orders.

The night shift manger, Encha, was so great! She was so nice and patient even when I was asking for changes to the order at the window. Definitely go at night if you want good vibes.

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, no one took our order at either window. When we explained, staff said they didn’t care and told us to get back in line. The manager was even ruder, basically told us to leave if we didn’t like it. Completely unprofessional and disappointing—especially from a brand I’ve supported since childhood.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through and one of the kiosk didn’t work and they couldn’t take my order I went to the window and I explain what happened and the manager came out and she was very nasty and just told me that I had to go back and do it again instead of giving a solution And actually doing her job and giving good customer service. This happened at around 12:15-12:20. I don’t know how can you be a manger and be so nasty and helpless to customers
