The night shift manger, Encha, was so great! She was so nice and patient even when I was asking for changes to the order at the window. Definitely go at night if you want good vibes.

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, no one took our order at either window. When we explained, staff said they didn’t care and told us to get back in line. The manager was even ruder, basically told us to leave if we didn’t like it. Completely unprofessional and disappointing—especially from a brand I’ve supported since childhood.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The manager is by far the rudest, most discourteous, and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. No respect for customers, no accountability, and zero basic manners. Absolutely unacceptable.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through and one of the kiosk didn’t work and they couldn’t take my order I went to the window and I explain what happened and the manager came out and she was very nasty and just told me that I had to go back and do it again instead of giving a solution And actually doing her job and giving good customer service. This happened at around 12:15-12:20. I don’t know how can you be a manger and be so nasty and helpless to customers

Literally no help at front counter. Out of 4 kiosks to order 2 were broken and the third was out od receipt paper which shows your order number. Pipe of food was slow. It appeared Door dash oders and drive through were the priority although I saw several drive-up customers park and come in to deal with issues. WONT be back anytime soon.

I went to this McDonald’s at 7:00, the kiok machine was broken. I had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my order and the restaurant was damn near empty. I waited 30 minutes for my order, just for them to get my order wrong. I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets, 1 medium fries and 1 small. Just to receive 2 10 pieces and cold fries. I decided to call the restaurant but the number went straight to voicemail multiple times. I wish I can rate this 0 stars.

Went here on Saturday November 16th 2024 with my parents because we were in the area and feeling thirsty. This location is part of a little shopping center with sterling optical nearby, a chili's and other stores. McDonalds also has plenty of parking including in the surrounding area. My dad went inside the restaurant to get drinks, so i can't tell you any prices. We both got a medium Mocha frappe. Must say that i drank it and it was very good!

I ordered a pumpkin pie and a medium fries for the drive-thru on the app. I got to the McDonald’s and had to use the bathroom, so I went inside and it was empty, and the drive-thru had only a few cars. I figured, let me pick up my order since I’m in here and it’s empty. I was told to go back outside and use the drive-thru… I would understand if it was rush hour or the McDonald’s was full, but it’s 9 p.m. on a Monday night. I’ll just go to the other McDonald’s in my area.
