Went here on Saturday November 16th 2024 with my parents because we were in the area and feeling thirsty. This location is part of a little shopping center with sterling optical nearby, a chili's and other stores. McDonalds also has plenty of parking including in the surrounding area. My dad went inside the restaurant to get drinks, so i can't tell you any prices. We both got a medium Mocha frappe. Must say that i drank it and it was very good!

I ordered a pumpkin pie and a medium fries for the drive-thru on the app. I got to the McDonald’s and had to use the bathroom, so I went inside and it was empty, and the drive-thru had only a few cars. I figured, let me pick up my order since I’m in here and it’s empty. I was told to go back outside and use the drive-thru… I would understand if it was rush hour or the McDonald’s was full, but it’s 9 p.m. on a Monday night. I’ll just go to the other McDonald’s in my area.

Stale buns, burgers worse than ever. Cashier was OK but other server was acting like I was an inconvenience because I asked for a (one) napkin because the dispenser was empty. Will never get better

The food was as expected, but the actual facility/restaurant was much messier than I expected it to be or have seen at other McDonald’s restaurants. I was helped by someone who was very nice though so I have no complaints about the service.

I wish I'd had the luxury you now have: someone to tell you in advance how the service here is. I placed my order at one of the kiosks at 8:25 p.m. on a Sunday, I was tired from work, I got my order and brought it to a table; once I sat down and opened the box ready to eat, I see you that the chicken of my deluxe combo was overcooked. But once you're all ready to eat and tired from work, you do not really feel like going back to the counter and complaining to get a new, fresh fried chicken fillet. Sure enough, the chicken tasted old, like it's been in their warmer for hours. ALWAYS check inside your meal box to see if what they're giving you is acceptable. 11/3/24.

Every time I come here it never fails to disappoint me. I have came here during the rush hours and times where it wasn’t as busy. Somehow they always take forever to work on my order. I understand the people working to deliver at the busy drive thru, but today there were workers standing around doing something other than making orders. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting, one other customer & I asked them if our orders were ready, but only began working on them after we asked. I ordered my usual, which was a spicy deluxe mccrispy, and for some reason it made me feel very nauseous an hour after eating it— I wanted to throw up. My bf said he wasnt feeling too good either. Also, all but one kiosk wasn’t working. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom, where I found explosive diarrhea all over the toilet and walls of one stall.

Service is fast. This restaurant has better service than the one closer to Spring Valley on route 59.
Why are you taking doordash orders and expect the drivers to wait 30 min in drive thru while the order is sitting getting cold. Mcdonald's in spring valley figured out a system that works ,but nanuet don't care about online orders.

The staff is nice. Unfortunately, they get the order incorrect. Bacon, egg and cheese that I purchased did not have the egg. I had to return to the restaurant. There is almost never paper in the self order for a receipt.
