The drive thru is a nightmare they don't even let you wait a second they just send you to park at a number and all the orders get mixed up . Takes them longer to come out then if they just use the drive thru....does not make

I visited at night (around 11 PM), and the drive thru was moving unbelievably slow. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff. Not sure what was going on, but I'd avoid this place for a late night option. Otherwise, pretty decent during other times.

Just trying to order and the at 11. This is supposed to be a 24 hour Mac Donald’s. First the person taking my order March 10th at 11:55 was super rude and condescending man, I just wanted some nuggets. She would take my mobile order number, told me it was my problem, and to come back sound again in 5 mins. Then I come back, and wait at the drive thought speaker for 10 mins for he’s to say we’re close. What the hell, I already paid, and I waited just for them to close, screw this place.

They seemed to have raised their prices more than other fast food chains, and have discontinued many deals. Also they add crazy up charges for small additions like extra onions, unlike other chains.

Hello, I am a Doordasher, tonight I went to your branch in Nanuet (between mobile and chili's) to pick up an order that was ready and I was put in a queue of 20 cars and it took me half an hour to pick up the order that was ready, please can you make it easier for those of us who do the beating work in your branches? Also, the woman who took the orders was very indifferent and angry...

So rude. I tell two employees im picking up an order and they just brush me off. One guy tells me to ask one of the women behind the counter, I ask her, she goes "get in the line" and runs off. Really......? I was just in the line. Not the first bad experience here, just do better on the customer service side guys.
