Have been ordering from this restaurant for a long time and just experienced the worst customer service. Ordered food and it was delivered to the wrong address. Called the restaurant to notify them and they didn't want to help at all. Told me to contact Grubhub. I explained that we have been ordering them for a long time and would appreciate if they did the right thing by redelivery my food. The person I was speaking then just stop responding to me and it seem like he put the phone down. I called back to talk to a manager and got the same person. I explained how disrespectful it was to completely ignore my complaint which then he proceeded to speak over me and ask rudely what would like me to do. As I went to respond he hung up on me. I have never in my life experience such complete disrespect from a business.

The quality of the food served here is very bad. The salmon is OK which is why I am giving 2 stars. However the eel tastes awful. When I ate the fish and eel here I felt like throwing up. For $32/person you expect better quality

Love this place, we try to arrive before 7 because it gets busy and you have to wait for a table. The sushi is great and the employees are always nice. The price is about 43 per person including tax and tip.
Parking: For large groups, it’s best to call ahead otherwise you will have to wait a while.

I'm not really big into sushi but went with some friends who are. The rice, hibachi chicken, and gyoza were all great. Place was clean and service was fast.
Me and my family had a wonderful time tonight at number one sushi! The service was fantastic, and everyone was very attentive and pleasant! The food was delicious and will be back!

Only giving it 2 starts cause SOME of the food was decent and they offer sashimi which most AYCE places don’t but, it really wasn’t that great - even for an AYCE. And the service was atrocious. The servers barely paid attention - and there were only 4 tables with 3 servers - so we had to physically flag them down to get anything, incl. taking our orders. Never asked how the food was or refilled out waters. They just dropped the food on table without a word. I would NEVER come back here.Whoever gave it more than 3 stars for sushi/sashimi has NEVER had fresh sushi/sashimi in their lives. Most were edible but, barely.

Used to be better, not sure what happened. Calamari/BBQ Squid cold & extra chewy; the sushi tasted like it was prepared 3 days prior. Some of the rolls that came out were not the ones chosen, as well as some were just completely forgotten. Friend's first time here and she did not like it :(

unfortunately, I ordered a meal to go at the end of the night the dinner meal was suppose to be a dinner box with two entree meat portions I ordered a double salmon with extra salad. I got home and the salmon that was served was one piece spit in half to appear to be a two piece entree and the extra salad I paid for was not in there also I had two pieces of broccoli this was very disappointing and I have ordered in the past and had no issues but it was never the last meal serves none the less it still should have been a double entree because that is what I paid for with an additional salad
