Panera Bread

I have never been compelled to leave a store before I even ordered. I was on line and heard a manager berating his employees and giving short answers to guests with questions in front of me. He was clearly miserable and taking it out on everybody. Just walked out.

First of all, the manager of this place put a guy who is on his first day of work for a shift as the only cashier/orderer. He had no idea what was going on and then told me to order on the iPad and then called me back. It took a total of 20 ish minutes to order my very simple meal. Also, the sandwiches have gotten significantly smaller and all the avocado was moldy and brown. Did not taste good and meal was definitely not worth $20.

This place is falling apart!! They do not even have ketchup, no mayonnaise and you have to beg to get a little bit of butter for your bread!! Do yourself a favor and better go to Wendy’s!! This place is the epitome of poverty and calamity!!

There was no ketchup and they were so dismissive about it. But having condiments is part of the food service. It really diminished the food enjoyment

Ordered online. The food was hot and ready right on time. It was also very good. Had their chili for the first time and loved it 😁

Loved the general manager and asst manager. The seats had dust on it . The food was alittle bit salty but the service makes me want to return

I am in disbelief. Wow. I was in Panera today sitting down and I heard the manger being rude to one of his workers that was so nice to me helping me with my order and it’s just disgusting how disrespectful he was talking to her over a break because I overheard their conversation and he was being very rude. If I’m not mistaken his name was Antoine

August 3,2024 Dinned in, clean atmosphere excellent food. Outstanding store manager Steve. excellent customer service especially Ms.Naviia & Mr.Jordy who cleans the place like it’s his own home. Very impressive.
