Went here for dine-in and had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered and sat at our table, and the employee who took our order immediately started cleaning the window right next to us. She was then called away by the kitchen.
When she returned, she brought out our pizza and plates WHILE STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES THAT WERE SOAKED WITH CLEANING CHEMICALS. I clearly saw her thumb touch the eating surface of the plate, with visible liquid on it. She then proceeded to set the plates and pizza on our table.
At that point, I took the plates myself and went to the salad bar to get clean ones. I simply said, “It’s okay, I’ll do it.” What made this worse is that she had been cleaning right next to us after taking our order, so she absolutely knew we saw what she was doing. That level of carelessness/boldness...WOW
To top it off, another customer walked in shortly after and loudly complained about how rude the staff was on the phone, which just reinforced the overall lack of professionalism.
I understand that employees may just be there to get through their shifts, but basic food safety and hygiene are non-negotiable. If you’re an owner or manager, this location needs much closer supervision. This situation could have ended much worse if it had been another customer.

Do not come here! Went in with my family because we like the traditional dine in style Pizza Hut and as soon as I walked through the door we saw a mouse running around all over the place ….when I went and told the guy at the counter he replied “ oh yeah he’s been here for a while” as if nothing was wrong….disgusting

Customer service was great, but the facility itself was disgusting. We decided to eat our pizza in the dining area, and to our shock, we saw a mouse running around. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I looked to my left, I saw a roach!
Absolutely unacceptable. We will never be coming back.

Let's start off by saying that I've always been a Pizza Hut fan, as contreversial as that may be. However, this location is horrendous. Its been here for at least 30 years? and not only looks it inside and out, but the service is horrendous. I'm not hating on the staff as people, but service is extremely slow, process of ordering and picking up is awful and the inside of the restaurant looks like its a warehouse, with random junk in corners. The 1 worker visible at the register didn't address the line, didn't seem to go back and get more help and didn't even show much emotion. She had an overwhelmed look on her face and was just slowly taking 1 at a time. If shes going to the back, idk why she couldn't take a bunch at a time or why staff from the back couldn't help her with this enormous line.
I went last Tuesday for the first time in awhile to pick up an online order that said it was ready. When I got there at the time I selected (6pm), there was a 4-5 car line at the drive through, so I decided to run in. As I go in, there is a HUGE line out the door, with 1 person working the drive through and 1 person at the counter. People were walking in to sit down and no one went over or assisted them. They got up to find someone a few times, but the 1 person at the counter was overwhelmed. She would ask the person's name, look up the order and walk into the back to get it. This went on 1 at a time as she came out with that person's food. I waited in line with everyone else picking up an order from 5:59pm to 6:46pm.
I left feedback and emailed Pizza Hut and unshockingly heard nothing. I think I'm done with this Pizza Hut location.
This place is terrible. I was driving home and called. I waited in line for half an hour. When I got to the front, I decided to go in, only to be told that I have to wait another half hour and I can only pay with bills no bigger than 20. I felt so frustrated.

Great and attentive staff and ready to go hot pizza. The atmosphere makes you feel like you time-traveled back to the 90s and are brought back to a time where salad bar and pizza created family memories.
