Dirty tables, Dirty bathroom, they actually weight your bowl to make sure you're not getting any extra. I have been to a few playa bowls and never seen that. Last time I will come here.

This playa location has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. I placed my order online, I walked into location 20-25 mins after order and waited by counter for 10 mins (no line). Before someone notice I was alive and breathing. They handed me the order only to realize it was not my order and had to wait more time for my order to get prepped. No apology or acknowledgement they made an error.
Prepare to wait a long time if you walk in to place order.
No basic customer service.
New management needed or re-train your staff.
