We came on Saturday night. We got here about 7:30 PM. We were quickly seated and greeted by a friendly staff. We enjoyed margaritas, which were outstanding. Clean not too sweet, just right. We ordered three items. Straight tacos, shrimp, tacos, and ceviche de La Casa. Everything was outstanding. Our favorite was the State tacos. They are playing beautiful Reggaeton music along with a mix of other Latin styles. It has a great vibe. No doubt when we’re back in town we will visit this place again. Great night out!

Me and my husband stopped by here on the way home and omg what a treat. We ordered guacamole and it was served with the thinnest, crispiest most delicious homemade chips wow. We got their chicken empanadas which were so good as well as their shrimp tacos. I would go out of my way to go back. 10/10

We had such a great experience at Ruby Bar & Tapas! We went for Sunday happy hour and were so impressed. All the tapas we tried were absolutely delicious. The $6 happy hour drinks were amazing, and for the price, you really can’t beat it. The customer service was fantastic as well — friendly and very attentive. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Wife and I have been here a handful of times and never disappoints. The cocktails are great and they use fresh ingredients for them. We always sit at the bar and the service is great. The food is awesome. We always get the garlic shrimp, the ceviche, empanadas, and more. Everything is always excellent. Can’t go wrong with this place. The entire experience is too notch.
