We have been looking for a place that served seafood boils in the county for a long time. So when we stumbled upon Shaking Crab, we were really excited! We'd planned to go there about 2 weeks in advance. And when we finally did, it far exceeded our hopes! We got an order of cajun fries, and 2 mini boils - a Queen's Combo and a River Combo. We got them in the Gulf and Shaking sauces, both shaking hot. It was perfect! Everything was so flavorful, the staff was so kind and attentive, and the ambience of the place was fun and down-to-Earth. The only let down is that we didn't know about this place way sooner! We'll definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience…They don’t know the difference between spices….Acted oblivious to the questions asked while ordering (waitress said the food wasn’t spicy after I clarified I don’t like food that’s too spicy)…sent the food back…. Then, received the bill and was charged for a drink I didn’t have …As well as the food I didn’t eat……When I told the waitress I only had one drink she accused me of lying…the rest of my party had to let her know she never brought a second drink to me….The manager sat at the bar and did nothing…Didn’t approach the table to defuse or correct the situation….instead I was given sarcastic remarks from the staff….The waitress was rude & unprofessional…The lack of manners was unbelievable…practically had to beg for a to-go container & bag for my children…..Def won’t be going back!

Tried seafood for the first time here and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was very friendly and polite. What got me hooked was their snow crab legs and easy-peel shrimp mixed in barlic sauce. Definitely recommend you give them a try.

Why is this placed permanently closed but their website says its open and allows you to make orders online. We spent a good amount of money and made an order online for pick up through the website only to arrive at the store to find its closed. Update your locations so us customers don't lose our hard-earned money. Absolute BS.

Food was great! Customer service needs some work. Waited at our table for quite some time to order. Switched tables because of the cold draft and still waited to order our food. Everyone was nice but some organization with the waitresses & waiters needs some work.

First time I have tried this place and have to say I’m impressed. Wonderful selection of fish seasoned to perfection. Rather messy… but who cares it’s Christmas. Try it for yourself…..we’ll worth the money. Totally recommend.

Don’t trust any of the information listed on this posting. Just CALL for the menu, hours, and kitchen hours. It’s like no one there knows how to update the information on Google. 3 stars cause they clean their blue crab but it’s usual that at least 50% are over cooked or spoiled (died before being cooked) and it’s never enough sauce. Stingy with information and sauce…. PICK A STRUGGLE can’t be stingy every chance you get ??♀️
