On March 22nd, 2025, I came into this establishment not knowing how to order coffee for a large group. I spoke to a young African American and he understood me immediately and helped me get want I needed. And staff women maybe the manager explained what comes with it and ask if I needed anything else. I really appreciate good customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names but they were on the morning shift.
I love them so much when I go in person, but when I order my pistachio creme from UberEats sometimes and therefore don't go in, they sometimes get my order wrong. I can't have coffee, so I like the pistachio creme. It's essentially steamed oat milk with a flavored syrup and I put cinnamon in it. It's served hot. Every time I come to this Starbucks, the drinks are never right. The baristas are always nice and friendly but the drinks never taste the same as they do from other stores. Not sure if this location is always busier than others (I've never had to wait in line) but it always seems dirty and the garbage pail in front of the store (on the curb) is always overflowing onto the floor.
