From the worse experience i ever had . The manager was very racist to me and he didn’t want me to enter the store he told they are closed and they weren’t .. and i still went to the drive thru and someone took my order and they charged me almost double . and then he came and i tried to ask why im charged double he refused to talk to me and end up recording him to show how really was the worse person i ever face in my life .. i never go to taco bell again . I will post this every hopefully he will understand how to be a human

Customer service was terrible. Cashier had a nasty attitude and messed up my order. Ordered the chicken quesadilla without the sauce and got a chicken quesadilla with the sauce. Told them about it and they did not change it. Also, there was water all over the floor and we told them that someone could fell and they did not care about it. Taco Bell/KFC should hire people willing to work and professional.

The scrawny old white man absolutely SUCKS at taking drive thru orders. He barely gave me any time to order, and messed up the fact that I wanted #8 Regular Dorito Tacos and got Supreme. I went in to switch the order and mans grabbed the bag from me and later threw it back in my face. AND THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG IT WAS JUST REGULAR TACOS! Everyone else was very patient and kind but screw that one man. Has just about as much skill and customer service as he does hair on his body. If you order with him triple check forreal

Takeout order at this KFC/ Taco-bell store for late dinner ordered Deluxe box which includes Chalupa Taco Burrito all with refried beans replacing beef fillings side of taco chips and cheese + Pepsi. Sides of potato chips and Coleslaw. Hot sauce packages like Diablo and FireVegetarian options: Combo KFC and Taco Bell in one store building . Can replace beef with Refried beans or black beans or in Burrito’s Chalupa Tacos. Have Rice and beans Also KFC has French fries coleslaw BiscuitsParking: Part of a strip mall with KFC and Taco Bell in one building

Stopped by to use their restroom - does anyone know the phone number for the State's Health Department? They ought to visit this place that serves food. If the bathroom is this gross, what does it say about the rest of the place?

Ambiance: Depressing. Waited 10 minutes before someone actually took my order. And when someone finally took my order, it was the manager who looked like he was forced to work there. No smile. No personality. Soulless.Service: they have a huge sign saying "tap to pay preferred." Which I used. But no order number was given to me. Another 10 minutes later, "Order number 358", the female worker called out while carrying a brown KFC bag. My order was chalupas and a crunch wrap supreme. So what was my assumption? It's probably not my order. 2 seconds later, the poor manager points at me and says, "it's his." The female worker could have burned a hole in my head with her glare. Food: the experience would not be complete without the terrible food. The chalupa bread was as stale as croutons. It seemed like they were prepared from the morning and sat in the heater for 12 hours. Of course I asked for a replacement, which magically took them 30 seconds. People... This place is a last resort option for fast food. Buyer beware!This Taco Bell sucks.
Space was clean but the bathroom smells funny, like sewage. I know the staff can't to anything about the smell, but upper management should invest in a high duty air freshener. Food couldve been fresher when compared to the time I waited for my food. (I ordered Taco Bell)

Taco Bell has Rice and Rice & Bean "Bowls". My opinion is even tho the Rice and Bean's are pretty good for Fast Food...... They Should NOT be called "BOWLS"!I don't believe the small tiny little container you get is even a whole cup portion!!

Taco bell and KFC share this location. I ordered the New crispy chicken nuggets, no good, they should remove crispy and add soggy, fries where ok. But drive up window person had a miserable attitude. If you don't like your job move on and find something that works for you.

The site was KFC. Taco bell is attached to KFC. Personally do not like Taco bell.Loved the Classic Chicken Sandwich and Pot Pie...Also, family, friends & myself are very disappointed that KFC discontinued the GRILLED CHICKEN. The grilled chicken (option) was the reason we/ I started going back to KFC. Please reinstate the Grill Chicken.
