My first order at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The waitstaff were patient and friendly, and I was able to choose my favorite toppings. The food arrived faster than we expected, and the taste was absolutely delicious. It was the best Lamian Noodles I've ever had, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back next time I pass by! After finishing my meal, I couldn't resist ordering takeout to bring back to my kids! The packaging of the bag was a pleasant surprise. It was a thermal bag, showing the restaurant's attention to detail. It was also very cute, and in such cold weather, the food was still hot when it arrived at home.
Came here with friends and shared a few dishes. The Tatsuta age chicken was really good — crispy outside, tender inside, and not greasy at all. Portions were solid and food came out pretty fast. Ramen was comforting and filling. Good spot for a casual meal. Would come back.

The pork buns are really good 😋 soft buns and very flavorful without feeling greasy. The Yuzu Tebasaki wings are my favorite with light yuzu aroma, crispy skin, and juicy meat. I’ve ordered them a few times and they’ve always been great！Highly recommend！！！🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Really enjoyed the ramen. Flavorful broth and great noodle texture. The Yuzu Tebasaki honestly surprised me. It's crispy, juicy, and the light citrus flavor made them super addictive. We finished them way too fast. Everything tasted fresh. Would come back.🫶🏻

What a waste of time.
I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup and had my husband pick up the order. He went to the store with uber order detail so he knew which one is my order. But … He came back with completely wrong items and had paid for the wrong order at the store even we already paid everything off from uber platform. He was told by a (Chinese female) staff member that this was his order, which was obviously not true.
Instead of simply going in and picking up the food, which should have been quick and convenient, but yes we had to go back to the store, return the food, and wait for them to void my credit card. We then had to wait again for them to prepare the correct items that I originally ordered. This was far beyond “convenient” and extremely frustrating.
This should not have been confusing at all. It was one item for one order, yet they gave me six items, charged me more, and then refunded everything at the end. I honestly don’t understand how such a basic pickup order could be handled so poorly.

I’ve been a regular at Umi Ramen until today, but after this experience I won’t be coming back nor will I order online again.
Our server rushed us twice during our visit. She brought the bill without us asking for it, interrupted us while we were still eating, and rushed to pick up our plates before we were finished. We even wanted to order dessert, but that wasn’t made possible because of how rushed we were.
The entire interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, like we were being pushed out rather than served. Dining out should feel relaxed and enjoyable, especially at a place you frequent often. Unfortunately, today felt the complete opposite, we genuinely felt kicked out. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy.

Wow, my wife and I stopped in after looking for a good ramen place in Rockland county for a while - Umi Ramen did not disappoint! So good! Both the spicy miso ramen and the tan tan ramen were 10/10 delicious, and my wife says very legit. Will certainly be coming back.
Nothing bad at this place. Pride in food here. Ramen great. Much better if you eat it on location. The terriaki bowl awesome. Nothing here will disappoint though.
