The food was good and the server was friendly but this place was under staffed. One girl working the bar and the tables. She was also taking room service orders on the phone. Everything took a long time because she was doing everything. The lights were only on in half the room. Wasn't sure if they were open at first. Menu is decent. This could be a good place but right now it is not.

I didn't know you could mess up a turkey club until I ordered from this place. I had to search through the hot wet lettuce and mayo to find a half slice of turkey. ? Right in the trash and ordered somewhere else.

They don’t take orders past 9 which is ridiculous (especially since it’s on a Saturday night). I was staying in the Double tree Marriott next door and they wouldn’t allow me to order an hour before they closed. BEWARE!

Don’t forget to open the front door. The restaurant supposed to open at 5 o’clock and at 5:30 the front doors are locked we walked around the restaurant opening various doors finding ourselves locked out. Good thing we are staying at the hotel because we walked into the hotel walk through the lobby found out if you go to the second floor you can go to the hotel restaurant. So after we end of the restaurant we saw there it was about 20 people here and more coming The front bar began to fill and there are no waiters the only person here waiting on tables is the the bartender and there are 50 people in this room. Now as a turn down the bartender is it gentleman he is very busy but very patient very polite and very very happy that he is here but he is Byam self the poor guy. Hopefully the city is better than the entrance

Ordering from the online menu was quick and easy. The salads were a good size. The added salmon was delicious.

Maybe I went to the wrong Windsor Grille because I cannot believe the reviews. I went twice because of convenience, but won’t go again. First night I had chili and the Caesar wrap. The chili was good and had nice flavor, but the wrap was disgusting! It was all dark meat (gross) and had an odd flavor that repulsed me. I ate half and left the rest. In addition, both my app and dinner came out at the same time. Seriously? Second night I was hoping for a change - any change for the better. I got the chili (was still good) and the turkey club. HOW do you mess up a turkey club? There are three layers of bread on a club sandwich. What I received was your basic turkey sandwich that I could have made myself. All in all a thumbs down! I’m glad others had 4/5 star meals. I must have picked the wrong nights. The service was fine.
