Best bagels I've had in the area. They move the long lines quickly. Despite crowds of customers and lots going on behind the counter, I have never gotten an incorrect order. Staff is friendly and will ask questions if they are unclear on what you want.

Zimi's Nanuet has been catering our quarterly company staff breakfasts for a few years now. We order on line. Sammy is always very helpful and easy to work with. Best bagels!!

Really need to come up with a better system to help customers!!

You can stand there for 5-10 minutes and the line won't move. But then there are 5 plus people behind the counter. Definitely frustrating when people in the morning are normally headed to work or somewhere. Just wasting 30 mins to get a bagel is crazy! Sorry to leave this review but it needs to be fixed.

I’ve had breakfast from this place a couple times and every time it was good. But this morning I was very disappointed. After a very strenuous workout In the morning I looked up places that are open for breakfast this morning. I was very excited to see that zimi is opened at 4. So I decided to drive there it was about 4:25 when I arrived on the door it stated that they opened at 4:30 even though online it said it opened at 4. So no big deal I waited in my car for 5 mins then walked into the establishment just to be told it was too early to serve me. So I drove back to my town and I went to holeshot in west Haverstraw where it opened at 5:00 I arrived there at 4:50 doors was open and they took my order. Now that’s what I call customer service!
