“The food is hot and tasty but we need better attention to details. Requested extra onions, got no onions. Requested hot mustard dipping sauce, got honey mustard dipping sauce. I placed my order in the app so there should be no confusion but yet there was. It's raining and I have my 2-year-old daughter in my car so I'm not bothering to take her out of the car seat to march inside and ask them to correct it. Maybe somebody will read this.

“It's McDonald's. What bothered me the most is the kiosk was extremely slow. At one point, I almost walked away since it was not responding. It took a full minute and half to confirm my selection. It seemed every window after that was taking at least a minute. So what should have taken (2) minutes took 7 to 10 minutes! Clearly, something was amiss. There wasn't even a line at the kiosk or cash register. This was on July 20th early afternoon. The food was fine and noticed the fries had salt on them. Fries need at least a little salt to enhance the potatoes. It's akin to putting salt on watermelon.“
