Good was pretty good. Ordered mozzarella sticks they never came. Also took eggplant parm. Got home there was only noodles and cheese. No eggplant. Menu is huge. Maybe make it smaller and focus on better order taking.

Ordered an egg salad sandwich...
I bit into a glob of mayonnaise.
It was one of the most disgusting things I ever ate. I returned it. Didn't even want my money back. Just left. Never to return.
Apparently they don't make it in advance. They just barely chop up eggs and put lots of mayonnaise on it.
A few waitresses are friendly. But one lady is so rude. Maybe because she's been there so long. Or because she's just not happy. But very unfriendly. Again.. never to return.

Iām writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your restaurant on 8/8/2025 around 5:15 PM. Iāve been a regular customer who orders weekly and have never had a reason to complaināuntil now.
I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and wings, and upon pickup and payment, I noticed the receipt listed it as a ācheese pizza with buffalo chicken.ā When I opened the box, I was surprised to find marinara sauce on the pizza. Iāve never encountered marinara sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Pizza at any other establishment, and this wasnāt communicated during ordering.
I returned inside to explain the issue, noting that my husband has an allergy to marinara sauce, and I hadnāt expected it to be included. I tried to be understanding and simply requested a personal pizza without marinara to avoid waste or inconvenience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of apology or acknowledgment of the situation.
What made matters worse was being charged $20 for a 10ā personal pizza, with no discount or adjustmentāeven though the original 20ā pizza was $27. I donāt understand the pricing logic, and I feel this was unfair, especially considering I was trying to resolve the issue calmly and respectfully.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and consideration. I hope youāll take this feedback seriously and consider how situations like this can be handled more thoughtfully in the future. A gesture of goodwill or a credit toward a future order would go a long way in restoring my trust.
