I visited Arbor Hill Winery last Saturday with a group of 6 and when we walked in the place was completely empty besides the lady working, who rolled her eyes when we walked in. I said hello and that we had a reservation for a tasting since we had the wine passports, she then told us she had no reservations and that since we didn’t speak with her for a reservation we can’t possibly have one. She told us our reservation had to be with the restaurant behind them. I then told her i emailed with Angela and had an email confirmation of my online reservation. She then told me to go check with the restaurant behind and if they don’t have my reservation we can come back up here and she would pour us wine and that “we can tell her all about it”. This was said in an extremely rude tone. There was no other customers in here so she could have clearly accommodated us. This is now the second time that I have been to Arbor Hill Winery and have experienced rude and unpleasant staff who were not welcoming and not willing to accommodate. I do have to say the staff at Brew and Brats were fantastic, very nice, and very accommodating!

Very nice winery with a tasteful variety of wines. The wines have subtle hints and tastes with crisp hints of the grapes and floral taste. I was very surprised at the flavors and aroma. Highly recommend this place. They also provide food around the back with outdoor seating and beer if you desire.

Great experience at Arbor Hill, with Bob as our guide through the wine tasting. Everyone was extremely inviting and the snacks were delicious! We loved the comfortable atmosphere and the incredible store with freshly made products.

Fun gifts and amazing variety of products. The Lady behind the counter was lovely and chatted with us about local trails and the barn quilts we’d seen around town. I had to grab another bag of grape gummy bears while we were there and of course a few bottles of wine!
The lady who did our tasting was so sweet, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. She explained how to drink certain wines, as well as what they pair well with. For my first winery experience, this was perfect. Bought a bunch of bottles to drink at home, this was a wonderful experience.

Went for a tour when I was back up in New York this past summer. Had a wine tasting here. The staff was very courteous. The wines are absolutely awesome. Ordered the case when I got back home to Florida. Haven’t had better wine from the local liquor stores since.
