After a show at Inspire Moore, we stopped at Crosby’s and were met with nothing but attitude, even though there were a dozen people inside. I’m really not trying to be a Karen, and normally I’m very patient with wait staff and people who work in fast food because I know it’s a lot sometimes. I went to get a single sub tonight and the employee working there obviously had a big online order (which completely wiped the stock out for customers standing in line). When it got to my turn, 20 minutes of standing and waiting without any form of acknowledgment, I was met with a horrible attitude and complete and utter rudeness. I’m not going to name drop or even gender drop the employee, but I’ve never been treated like that before in my life. I am very understanding but your being stressed out from a previous order should not turn into you being rude and slamming items onto the counter etc in return. Sorry you had a bad night.

Terrible customer service. Employee had an attitude w everyone. Manager was zero help. There system wasn't working properly for online ordering , had no interest in being helpful.

Don’t go here past 8pm you will be nothing but disappointed. Walked in and got nothing but attitude, could not comprehend a single thing I was saying. Clearly said yellow mustard and said “we’re out so you get honey” and put it on anyway. Not the type of person to say I don’t want it anymore so I just paid 10$ for a sub I threw right in the trash. Do not recommend. Lady working needs to be fired to be honest.

Did a door dash order over a hour ago. Keep waiting to go pick it up. Lady mad subs never marked as ready to pick up. Food was cold and disgusting by the time I figured out what was going on.
