My husband and I ordered yesterday and the woman over the phone was super rude. My husband went to pick up the food and they added an automatic 15% tip which I thought was odd. Crab Rangoons were subpar and the food was ok. We will have to stick with our normal spot. We tried this place as our normal place was closed.

Listen. I don’t know how people are leaving negative reviews here. Every time I order takeout from this restaurant it is always a pleasant and fast experience - literally always a 15 min pick up, food is always hot and delicious, and the employees are attentive. it’s a solid experience every time I eat there.

This is my first time eating here. And it took courage because I know this place has mice and failed inspection. I got a small shrimp fried rice. As soon as I opened it, it smelled funny. Shrimp looked overcooked, so i put it in my bowl and started eating. The second peice of shrimp i had to spit out, it was rotten. I am so glad I didn't order the seafood platter. I'd rather walk to Wong Cheng. •••••DO NOT RECOMMEND•••••

I usually go there to get Chinese. After this time, not again. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered food, an item was forgotten. I came back for it, and instead of them helping me I was getting yelled at about what I ordered. They yelled at me saying I did not order the item. Instead of helping me they screamed at each other and would not get me the item. I’m more upset by the fact I was yelled at. Not a good environment for customers at all. They are so rude.

Always hot and fresh food no matter when I order, better than other local spot in the valley imo. Most of the time customer service is great.
Will never order here again there is much better places in Syracuse. They're very rude and interrupt you ordering but don't speak a lick of English. So when you ask for chicken only they give you a bowl of vegetables with a few pieces of chicken. Their crab rangoons are hard as a rock. East Wok, H&K and many other restaurants that are much better.

We ordered for the first time today - it was done quickly and as others have stated, it is cash only - but, having lived in the North Country, that’s not unheard of.I got a shrimp egg roll - it was good, not a ton of shrimp, but crispy and tasty. I also got an order of General Taos - This is the first time it has ever been spicy (Like it should be!). It was very good, but next time I’ll ask for a little less spicy!!!My boyfriend got pork fried rice abs pork Lo mein. He said the rice was undercooked, and it was just ok. The Lo mein was also just ok. We will probably try it again.

Cash only with no signs stating it. We got white rice, beef and mushroom, sesame chicken, pork egg rolls and shrimp egg rolls. The shrimp egg rolls have 2 baby shrimp in them and are fairly large egg rolls. The sesame chicken tastes good. The beef and (canned) mushroom has celery, carrots, and pear?… in it and a vat of goop that takes like beef stew with a chemical taste. I got the Qt size. After I removed the celery and pear? I was left with about 1/3rd Qt of beef, mushroom, and carrots. Also the fortune cookies were stale. There was no crunch and you could peel them apart without breaking. Sounds weird but that was the case.
