Nice and quiet. Took my Dad Herr for breakfast. Dad had #13- 2 eggs over easy, pancakes with 2 sausage patties. I had the meat lovers Fritta. More than enough food! Cooked fast and service was great!

This place is a hidden gem, if you love home cooked hot meals this is the place, food is delicious, fast awesome service, beautiful atmosphere, was my first time going me and my family,I seen it advertised on hidden gem of Syracuse on Google maps and they are right, great prices and best food I've had in a long time, this is my new food place, Better than outback, Apple bees , please go visit and support or area business,they deserve it,

Stopped in for lunch had beef stew that worst thing I have had in a long time had it over mashed potatoes good thing mashed was warm got cold .stuff in middle carrots big slices not cooked.little chunks of potatoes meat was disgusting hard grizzly cound not bite it or cut it couple little pieces of meat that was edible 5 or 6 pieces hard as rock I don't could of cut it steak n knife salty as hell.

Service started out ok but quickly went downhill. Waitress wrote down our order but we didn't get half of it when it came out. Asked for butter and ketchup which never came. Food tasted good just need to work on the service and communication. Wasn't even that busy for all the errors that were made.

So this diner closes at 2, me and my husband came at 1, you know, not when they were closed. They threw a fit in front of us having to serve us, you know, within their working hours, and so we wanted to leave immediately but because I needed food due to my medication, we decided to stay, our serve told us to hurry up and eat fast because they are closed...an hour before closing but OK? So the entire time we got to listen to the staff complain we were there an hour before closing, we felt incredibly unwelcomed, which is sad because we really enjoyed this diner last time, we will not be returning. And as advice from someone who works in the hospitality business, don't complain about paying customers who came at the hours yall established, it was not our fault you wanted to close early, Noone should feel like a nuisance because you couldn't handle staying open the hours that you set for your own business.
