We went for breakfast and it was delicious, flavorful and we loved it! Perfect family run restaurant with great food and highly recommend if you are in the area. Filled us up for a day of hiking and look forward to going back soon!

Nothing special for vegetarians.
absolutely delicious and reasonably priced food; our group of 7 met here for dinner while visiting Cold Spring. Staff were helpful and accommodating; Juanita herself came out to make sure we were satisfied - and then she provided us with delicious chorros at no charge!!

Nachos had yellow cheese sauce. Mid at best. Not authentic. Flan was dense and delicious

Great friendly people and service
Me: chorizo rice bowl. Him: carnitas burrito. Apps: black beans. Best: tamales!! My chorizo was too spicy for me.

We were staying in Cold Spring over Independence Day weekend, and I walked over to neighboring Nelsonville to try Juanita’s because online reviews were solid.
I was not disappointed: the food is unbelievably fresh and flavorful! I ordered a breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs, beans, avocado, home fries, and spinach and mushrooms ( I added mango salsa at the Airbnb) and a bowl with chicken, rice and beans, avocado and pico.
The cafe itself is cute and clean, the young lady serving me was friendly and professional, she gave me a glass of ice water because it was very hot outside, and I enjoyed listening to music while my food was being prepared.
A solid 5 out of 5 stars, and a spot to hit up whenever we take a day trip to the valley again.

Not authentic Mexican food. Food was basic and not worth the price. Service was not great either. I’m visiting from NYC and came back because of the reviews but came out disappointed (fake reviews). I do not recommend unless you don’t know what real Mexican food is…

I love dropping in here when I’m in the area. The food is consistently good here, and offers an intimate and small town feel.
My kids always love coming here, as they have a magical little children’s area to keep little hands busy.
