Boulevard Hot Bagels

My husband just came home with a rainbow buttered bagel from Boulevard hot bagels. The bagel was hard as a rock that my daughter could not even bite it.!!! I’m very disappointed and will never come back here again!! What a waste of money and time

21 dollars for two bacon egg and cheeses on bagels and an iced tea… I’ve come here multiple times and asked theirs gotta be a mistake…. Nope

Somehow I still handed over my card though. I should’ve just walked out never in my life have I ever spent 21$ on two bacon egg and cheeses and a drink.
She took the drink off and said it came to 16 but the drink is only 3.50$ well then what the heck?? Definitely save your money and go up the block to the diner you can get 2 sandwhiches, hashbrowns, two sides, and better service for 20$

EDIT: I just finished these two sandwich’s priced at royalty and I can confirm they are not worth 9$-10$ a pop for an egg sandwhich. For 10$ a pop it should’ve came with hashbrowns, home fries, and choice of buttered toast/drink.

Bagels are always soft and fresh. And we love that the everything bagels are covered on both sides and have salt on them. So Delish! And the counter help is always so friendly :)

My family has been getting breakfast from this place ever since we’ve moved here 8 years ago and almost everything we’ve got were delicious. The bagels are soft and warm, you could choose from all different types of cream cheese and the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I would highly recommend the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich which is my favorite item and it’s unbelievable. I definitely recommend going here and you’ll most likely not be disappointed.

Lox cream cheese is extra and this is what I get? This place is expensive to begin with! This isn’t the first time they messed up my order either.

Love the bagels, I drive from Lake Grove for them, but it depends on server if you get any butter or cream cheese on your bagel. This trip bagel had at most 1 tbl butter if I scraped it off to measure. Most of bagel was dry. Owner s/have employees make them a bagel to see if they can do it.Could not tell which bagel had cream cheese. It was just as flat as buttered bagel. My company orders from here also and big plus is that they pre-slice if you want. Still a great bagel. Opens early.

Way better than Long Island Bagel Cafe. They need to take notes. This place has very good service and extremely good bagels. You just got a forever customer.

Twice now I’ve gone into order and have been completely ignored and passed over to take other peoples orders, even though I’m standing right there. The first time the girl looked at me, walked into the back, and didn’t even acknowledge me, even though I was the only one standing in there. I thought I’d try again today and the same thing happened, absolutely awful

Been going to different places to find the bagel store since im new to nesconset so i stopped here this morning. Customer service was a 0 the way a customer could go unattended for 10mins while others were helped even after the whole staff saw u come in and u tried speaking to them just to be ignored . . … food was a on a scale of 1-10 a solid 6 .
