Every time I think maybe they’ve improved and I try this Dunkin I’m left so disappointed. My wraps weren’t even cooked they were just put together cold and thrown in the bag! Then my iced coffee that says has liquid sugar in it obviously does not because it’s so bitter! I don’t get why this location can’t seem to get it together

I ordered half a dozen munchkins, which even my six-year-old knows equals six munchkins. I ended up paying for 5 munchkins, and there were only four munchkins in the bag. When I called the number listed on the receipt it's not in service. I had an issue with this Location several years ago. But I was really hoping that it would have gotten better but I see that was just ridiculous. Even though this is convenient I'll be inconvenienced and go somewhere else. Hell the seven eleven down the street is better than this place.

I was on my way home from a light show with some friends and decided to stop here to get a snack. I ordered a hot chocolate and a doughnut at the counter, received my donut, and then waited for my hot chocolate. The man behind the counter was not unfriendly, but just quiet and lacked communication. He placed me and one of my friends' hot chocolates on the counter, one with a sticker on it meant for me. The sticker on my cup read "c*ntiest twink award". If you don't know what that means it's basically a derogatory way to reference a feminine homosexual man. I've hated being called this my entire life, and to have a random middle-age man write it on my hot chocolate was extremely out of place, uncalled for and creepy. It's amazing that in today's society, we still have people who will take the time out of their night to hurt one's feelings or make them feel uncomfortable. Don't go here, don't go to any Dunkin. The sticker I received is shown in the photo

I'm so disappointed in this franchise location. I've been going here for a long time. When you use a drive thru you're reasonably expecting your food at the drive thru window. Instead they constantly ask you to pull up in their incredibly small lot and wait for your food. When asked why they claim they're on a timer. Ok...so you want corporate to believe you service your customers within seconds to look good. I get that. However...we are the customers. You're now asking us to inconvenience ourselves in order to cover up your actual service time. Here's the issues with this. We paid for a drive thru when we pulled up. That's the expectation as to how we get the small order we put in at the order window. When you ask us to pull up there's nowhere to wait in front because it's where cars enter and exit. I was almost hit a few times by other customers trying to leave/enter/park and come out of the drive thru line on multiple occasions. You want me not only to inconvenience myself by waiting in front but also inconvenience others by now blocking the parking lot. In what world does this make sense? There were no cars behind me today in the drive thru. I ordered omelet bites and a coffee. That's it. It's 100% reasonable for me to expect that at the window without the extra stress of blocking others especially after you take my money and THEN ask me to pull in front. And the manager rolled her eyes and the guy serving the window closing the window when I tried to express my displeasure in a nice way (in all honesty) at first (because I did lose my cool at the eye rolls) is not exactly good service etiquette. For anyone accepting this just realize making dd corporate believe that they service you in seconds when they clearly don't just puts the stress on you just for patronizing and paying for their coffee. Can't charge 3.50 for coffee and treat people like you're doing them a favor. I have a right to nicely tell them this isn't ok without eye rolls.Next time they ask you to do this say no if it inconveniences you...maybe if more people say something they can actually retain their location and we don't end up with another empty storefront in the area.

I was happy about the convenience of the location but we will go back to portion road….I’ve placed large orders and personal small orders through the app and not and I can say the same thing with all of them… whoever the female working the order taking on the drive thru has cost you my business and from what I hear other ex customers as well.(She might even be a supervisor or mgmt)From the start, the order placement, which is the beginning of a customers experience I am rushed and made to feel like I bothered you. Not good! From now on we will go to Jeco’s deli next door or the busier Dunkin Donuts on Portion. Just 1 more thing….Who puts 3 Boston crème donuts in a bag divided by Dunkin paper napkins… c’mon. So, both items are a Mess. The donuts’ icing is now All Over the Napkin and the napkin cannot be used because it has the food I just paid for all over it. I hate to have to write a review like this but after too many recent experiences I had to let you know.-Personal skills for the woman.-Training on putting donuts with icing in a bag with paper napkins.

I attempted to go to this location but the door was locked with a bizarrely scribbled note on a paper bag taped to the door which read that the inside of the store was closed due to mental well being. See attached image. I felt unsafe going through the drive through with someone or a group of people that felt incapable of managing people in their store. The location was not in a war zone. We went to the nearby Starbucks instead which was warm and engaging and did not make me fear the content of my purchase.

Absolutely terrible. They can never have food ready when you order it they make you wait in the front with 0 parking, and once you get your food it’s going to be incorrect and they will give nasty attitudes over it. The manager should be fired. Literally the worst Dunkin in the area.

Worst Dunkin’. Order is always wrong (when they are actually open, so many instances where you show up during their morning hours and it isn’t even opened). This place needs some serious help to get their act together.

This place is ran by a bunch of inexperienced people. Their was 6 people working nobody waiting on line, just me. Was standinf waiting for someone to help. I even asked for help, and no one came for another 10 minutes so i had to leave to get where i had to go. Screw that!!
