This place is a freaking hole in the wall. The truth is I probably wouldn't have gone in had it not been for a friend referring me to the place.
The place is a little run down but I refuse to give anything less than 5 stars. Joy & Nate are the owners and work every single day. They are the ones serving you directly and it guarantees that proper amount of effort and care go into every meal.
The food is unbelievable and presented extremely well. Pricing is very fair amongst other Sushi restaurants.
Please please please. I urge you give it a shot if you are considering. They are awesome.

I’ve ordered from here before and never had a problem, but this time I got the American Dream Roll along with a few other things for dinner, and I found a staple inside the sushi. I’m 8 months pregnant, so it was really scary to come across that as I was about to eat it.
I’m just sharing in case it helps them be more careful moving forward. Definitely not something you ever expect to find in your food.

I love the small family business owns by the very friendly chief & his wife, the courses from salads, main entries, desserts are delicious, and you can put in special request like my wife can't take wasabi at all, the chief has created a specific replacement source that my wife loves it very much, this is kind of unique compare to other Japanese restaurant. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any special need. Enjoy!!!

Kushi is our new favorite sushi restaurant in Nesconset since our former favorite has moved to a new location, & the food has become inedible..Kushi Sushi is always fresh tasting, quality ingredients(no fake crab being pawned off as ‘real crab’, & the owners are always so cheerful. Definitely recommend you try Kushi Sushi soon!

I ordered my meal online for pick up and it took 40 mins longer than I was told. The food tasted good but they somehow dropped a staple in the wasabi. I was lucky to notice it. If they can’t handle doing take out while taking care of the diners then they need to stop trying to do both.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and wanted some place quick to eat. We decided on this place for sushi. It did not disappoint. We got the sushi for 2 and the fish was mouth watering we got seconds. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. We might have to come back from NH just to eat here.
