Place looks clean. Staff is friendly. BEST TUNA BAGEL I HAVE EVER HEAD! I ordered a toasted everything tuna bagel with tomato, red onion, and some jalapeños. The bagel was fresh and crunchy. There wasn’t too much mayo in the tuna. The only thing that could possible be better is offering some healthier sides that came with my bagel.

WHY IS EVERYONE SO NASTY!!!!! I feel like I joined the military when I walk in this place. Why are employees yelling at everyone like why. If you’re gonna yell you should at least have amazing food. The food is so mediocre there’s so many places around them with much better people and food. I personally would be embarrassed having mentally unstable people as my employees!! I don’t even know why people go here anymore!!

I’m standing out of the way of everyone after I order and I get YELLED!?!? At for standing waiting for my food a little close to the register when there was visibly enough room!?!? I always hated going here but it was a last minute stop. Never will be going there again. Rude rude rude. There a better bagel stores right down the road from this one so if you are thinking about going here just drive 2 more minutes down the road and save yourself

I personally did not have a good experience at LI Bagel Cafe. The atmosphere of the place was decent and probably the best part about my experience. When I walked in everything looked nice and clean, nothing really to complain about. The biggest let down for me was the employees. When I was ordering food, the person taking my order was very impatient even though I only ordered one item and took a moderate amount of time to figure out what I wanted and ordered it. Another employee was almost to the point of yelling at me telling me to move out of the way in a very rude matter. They made me feel invalidated and unwanted. The way workers treat customers is a deal maker for me when I'm at a restaurant or any place for that matter and i feel like they did not deliver on that part. But besides the workers, the food was pretty good and the atmosphere of the place was good.

So I used to go to this place very often. I'm not sure what has happened within the last 6 months. But there must be new management that isn't nearly as good as the previous management. I say this because all employees seem to be in a miserable mood. I'll find a new place to get breakfast. This place can now be added to the list of places that are going downhill. To the older nasty brunette lady that took my order. It's not my fault you landed a job you hate. You should not be in customer service.

I ordered an iced coffee and eggs on a buttered roll with cheese. The iced coffee was good. But the sandwich was not appealing. It was extremely soggy and cold and loaded with butter. The eggs were half cooked. It also took 20 minutes to get the sandwich. Then another work came over and told us she doesn’t stand on the other side because her coworkers are “mean”. Seems like a weird culture. I will not be returning.

Every time I go back to this place I am even more disappointed. I ordered a sandwich off of their menu and it was missing three of the listed items. $15 for just a sandwich is out of hand. Not going back again.

I’m sorry… $6 for a 32oz Snapple, is insane. I didn’t notice until we got home.
I got the BLT and asked for mayo, but it’s drenched in mayo and completely ruins the blt. The potatoe salad is definitely different than the standard.
My husband’s egg sandwhich was delicious but these prices are out of control.
