Love this place! The bagels are some of the best on the island. Every time I go anywhere else I wish I went here! The side salads are amazing too plus the sandwiches. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always found the employees to be very nice & accommodating!

They are very rude. I wanted an egg hero. Didn’t give me what i wanted. The manager came over to talk to me and the manager was even rude. never go there ever again. I wanted two eggs on a hero, but the hero came with three eggs so they weren’t even going to make me two eggs on a hero and plus I wanted turkey bacon instead of regular bacon, but they wouldn’t give me that either. They were complaining about that. Now wouldn’t you give your customers what they want to make your customer satisfied but no, they had to make a big stink about it. I would never recommend this place to anybody bad customer service.

Please disregard the low stars on food, I havent tried the food but I refuse to give this place anything more than one star. Its my boyfriends birthday, an hour before they close we go in… wanting one sandwhich… no one is in there… but theres a huge help wanted poster… lol… my boyfriend kindly asked the woman in the front with bad hair, glasses and an attitude… “do you have sesame heros” she verbatim replied “I dont know maybe”. HAHA I took my boyfriends hand and left calmly, have a good day :)

The rainbow bagel was too chew for my liking but other than that this place pulled through with that bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel 😋 the servers were nice and welcoming and the place was clean

I had gotten a veterans discount with the previous owners. When I went after new owners took over the cashier asked the manager if he can give me a veterans discount. When he looked at me he said no. I guess he didn't think that Latinos were worth of a military discount. Even though I showed my military retirement ID.

I walked into an empty deli at 2pm and stood there for 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed anything, clearly annoyed that I even walked into the building. The employee slams her notepad down to start writing the order, literally huffing & puffing, clearly agitated because I ordered 2 sandwiches. I told her to cancel the whole order & walked out. I've been coming to this place for over 8 years, the attitudes were always a problem, but this was the final straw for me. The deli is clean, and the remodel looks nice, but seriously the attitudes are next-level ridiculous in this place.
