Ralph's Italian Ices of Nesconset

I absolutely love Ralph, but this location is absolutely horrible. I asked for the Arctic cake shake, which usually comes with whip cream and sprinkles. They gave me a different shake that tasted like it had coconut milk in it, and when I questioned it and asked her if this was the cake shake she said yeah and then I said I thought it was the one on the screen like how I pointed to And and she said oh that’s the birthday cake one but when you look on the menu, there is no such thing as a Arctic birthday cake. Only the Arctic cake shake And she gave me horrible attitude. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Love Ralph, but never go to this location

Nice Italian ice and great staff.

I call ahead and was told 9:30 close and when I walked up at 9:22 the kid locks the door and said they were closed! Good riddance!

Great ices

This place has gone downhill recently. They’re constantly out of stock of things, and there is never an adult working there, just kids. There is clearly no management happening. It’s a shame because this was always a great location but lately it’s been pretty awful.

Graham cracker is amazing. Must try! Place was clean and owner was nice.

Good ice cream place

I think it's really expensive but it's worth the splurge once and a while . Don't forget to taste a few , before buying the one you want. ?

This was my first time visiting this Ralph's location. I was greeted with a very pleasant hi, welcome to Ralph's! It's owner was there and she was wonderful. The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. Would recommend this location to others looking for a cool treat on a hot day!

Best Italian ices but don't get the sour blue

This Ralph’s is always closed like 20 minutes earlier then it’s supposed to. One time I went to this Ralph’s and they closed but it wasn’t supposed to close for another 15 minutes. The worker was in the Ralph’s and was trying to ignore us while we were waiting outside to get in.

The Italian ices at Ralph's are delicious! Welcomed on a hot day or any other. And while they have a wide selection of amazing flavors, the Cherry is just as good as it was when I was a kid.
