Diana the barista was extremely rude and inappropriate. I ordered a drink on the app maybe 5 mins before I had arrive when I get there she says “it’s gunna take awhile. Please order more ahead of time.” Like huh? Mind you empty drive thru and I was not even in a rush. When she came to the window she stated “Next time don’t just order on the app 2 mins before coming to the drive thru.” Like it wasn’t 2 minutes? Never had an issue in any other SB? If you don’t like your job don’t take out on me. I was not in a rush or even being rude.High disappointment in this location. This was 08/24 at 12pm. Please do better.

I got a strawberry açai taste like water asked for light ice. There was a ton of ice in it and I ordered it on my mobile app and it took forever to make and they were so casual about being behind and other people were standing around. it wasn’t like they were rushing to help the customers. It was a horrible service.

Thank you so much to Lexi who made my 3 drinks for me in record time after I stupidly placed my pick up order at the wrong location. I wasn’t expecting this kindness and I really appreciate Lexi for being so generous. If she’s the manager she’s doing a stellar job.

No hospitality, no opinions. My granddaughter wanted something chocolate to drink. He told me once I paid for it then the only way that she could taste it and is no refund. He had no opinions when I was asking him. What does he recommend for a kid that wants something with chocolate whip cream, very rude dismissive not at all when I came in

I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally reached the window, the server mentioned they had a lot of mobile orders but didn’t acknowledge the long wait or thank me for my patience. Instead, she simply turned away without saying anything. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand that things can get busy, but a simple thank you or acknowledgment would have gone a long way in making the experience more positive.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the WORST Starbucks. How hard is it to make a coffee? They need to be retrained because the amount of times my coffee has been wrong is absolutely ridiculous. If I’m paying for an overpriced coffee already and then paying extra for more cold foam then I expect my coffee to have cold foam on it. Get it together.

I placed an order on DoorDash for a grande iced hazelnut shaken espresso. They had my dasher waiting over 15 minutes for my drink and it wasn’t even filled up all the way!!!!!! I’ve ordered this drink from countless other Starbucks and never had this issue before. Go to any other location for your moneys worth… their coffee is expensive enough the LEAST they can do is give you the full drink that you payed for.

This location is one of the worse locations. Coffee never tastes right! Myself and my fiancé ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a cold brew. He said his was okay mine on the other hand worst pumpkin spice latte I have ever received I was so disappointed. No pumpkin was in that latte !! I don’t even know why I spent the money for a pumpkin spiced latte if I was just gunna get a reg latte. Will not be returning for coffee at this location ever again.
