This location is one of the worse locations. Coffee never tastes right! Myself and my fiancé ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a cold brew. He said his was okay mine on the other hand worst pumpkin spice latte I have ever received I was so disappointed. No pumpkin was in that latte !! I don’t even know why I spent the money for a pumpkin spiced latte if I was just gunna get a reg latte. Will not be returning for coffee at this location ever again.

Usually love this Starbucks but today was strange as I ordered my tall vanilla latte per usual, it was steaming hot and I asked for a sleeve for the cup and the worker said they don’t give it out for small cups anymore?? Very strange. Also was missing the vanilla so I actually had to go back to get my drink remade. Such attitudes from the works always. I don’t know what’s going on with this Starbucks….

Me n my best friend went to Starbucks on smithtown Blvd. We got passion teas with almond milk, I think. She ordered us 2. I got impossible breakfast sandwich, she got gruyere cheese egg bites. Always the best moments with her. She's an angel in human form 💗

These people need to be retrained on how to make a drink. If I’m ordering a drink with cold foam and paying extra for it on top of an already ridiculously expensive drink then there should be cold foam on the drink. What even is this amount of cold foam and why am I paying for that?

5 stars a majority in part thanks to Eryn. The guy is awesome super friendly and a kind hearted individual. He gets my order and my fiancés correct every time literally never fails. Not to mention he always displays service with a positive attitude. If you want to make sure your drink is not only made correctly but have a positive experience come whenever Eryn is there. It can get very busy but this guy is literally the epitome of what the Starbucks barista standard should be. Nothing short of Greatness as an employee and as a human being. Thank you Eryn for always being yourself and displaying great service
There's just something about a smile and knowing your name that hits differently when you walk in here. If you're fueling up for this crazy world, and like i do frequent this store daily sometimes more (I bleed vanilla cold brew dont judge?) hit this store. My barista, Gianna is the sweetest employee and greets me by name everyday will actually take the time to gets to know you and your orders. The best thing of all though, when she asks how you're doing she actually wants to know and cares. She will often make sure I'm haply with how she prepared it and if I have an issue she's all over it no question. That's customer service and customer retention 101! In my own personal career, I am responsible for working and collaborating to enhance and improve the customer/client experience, 9 times out of 10, its the small personal things that make the most impact. These small lottle jems are overlooked often like acts of humanity, kindness and authenticity which lift up the human spirit and we then pass that forward (hopefully) to the next person who needs it. Thats just good life advise.
I won't go to any other starbucks in the area nor do I use the drivethru because when inside its a different vibe and the smiles are felt not just seen thru a pick up window. To quote an old TV show and give awqy my age..."Everyone loves a place, where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came. Thank you Gianna....2 pumps of vanilla manana I'm thinking. ☕️?☕️
Best looking local coffee shop around. The staff is great, however, the baristas really don't know how to make coffee here. Every time I go they either overcaffeinate the coffee or mess up my order with the wrong milk or too much milk. They just don't have it together here. I hope they get better really love the atmosphere.
