I had dined at Cafe con Leche only twice before I knew it was where I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday. It is very hard to find authentic and delicious PuertoRican food in the upstate NY area, and even though it is an hour away from where I live, it is worth every minute of the drive. Not only was I sold on the food, but the fact they have a separate room with space for up to 50 people with its own entrance and bathrooms finished sealing the deal for me. My theme was tropical,...
