Broccoli cheddar soup was amazing and the Mac and cheese was flavorful. The soup had lots of broccoli bits! I love almost everything at au bon pain. The place is always clean and neat. There was a someone behind the register and behind the counter. Everyone was very attentive and friendly.

Absolutely horrific. As an RN in the hospital I went to finally get lunch only to wait 25 minutes to find out my sandwich slip was never printed. All three employees proceeded to just keep working, no apology. Would give zero stars if I could, no way to treat an employee.

Posted closing time on Google was 3pm but is actually 2:30pm. When I arrived at 2:30pm, instead of turning me away, they were very accommodating and let me in to purchase something. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my chicken caesar wrap!

Hospitality is great, food is great. Although the food does not match up with what the franchise is currently making. My daughter and I had our hearts set on those amazing spinach croissants and bacon croissants. I ask the chef he didn’t know what I was talk about

Delicious Food! Homemade soups are unreal, not to mention the meals are cooked from an on-site owner! A little hidden secret in New Hyde Park for a quick delicious lunch or take home dinner.. Some of us locals take out for dinner before close at 3pm. My favorites, pea soup, muffins, penne vodka, chicken marsala, wraps, and amazing salad dressings made from scratch.

The site offers bday coupons but when i tried to redeem the manager advised me very curtly that it was up to the individual franchisees whether or not to accept and they wouldn't accept it. Crappy business practice and attitude. I eat there a lot less since this experience left a bad taste in my mouth... I gave 3 bc the other staff is really nice and the food is good
Au Bon Pain has delicious snacks. Always fresh! Try the hummus with cucumbers
