Not that great,limited with their bagels,and they don't put meat on breakfast sandwiches,unheard-of

Ridiculous prices $6 for a bagel with regular cream cheese. Not worth it. I could have went to my three sons bagels & got better tasting food for a great price.

really disappointed. the weather was nice so i figured why not get a breakfast sandwich today. First thing they got the whole order wrong. i asked for egg whites and i have a whole omelette on a roll. Also i asked if bagels can be sold individually so i got 3 bagels. they’re so hard !!!! like super hard not sure if it was made hard or made then kept in freezer.
Also the wait was disappointing.
there were customers behind of me and they had bigger orders and they received there’s before. Also they need to take 1 customer at a time. it’s so rushed and there would end up being like 4-5 differ customers waiting at cashier at same time to pay. not organized at all.

I thought super expensive. $15 for 1 bagel with butter one with cream cheese and a hot tea. Bagels were on smaller side. Loved this location before bagel boss took over.

I just went this morning to buy a bagel with butter $4.50.
I think I had gold instead of butter, not even in Manhattan is it so expensive! Never again!

Got a dozen ordered by UberEats. They feel and look like they are from last week! Not fresh at all.

We bought two small coffees for $7.19. The coffee tasted like cheap gas station coffee.
No taste!! Water +cream+sugar.

Decided to stop by for some coffee I ordered 2 small coffees at 7$ which to me is an insane price for self serve coffee if you really wanted self service coffee I would have went to 7/11 not only is that the problem but the coffee tastes like straight up water like seriously skimping over coffee?? If your going to make your coffee priced at 3.50 for a small then at least make sure your coffees on point I'd be lying if I didn't say iv had 7/11 coffee that's better.

Best Bagel spot I've ever been to. Ever. And I've been to Many. Lots of CUSTOM cream cheeses and salads. It took me 10 minutes to just look at all they have. Their Lox Spread with scallions will be worth the horrible breath I have talking to a person I never met which is why I came to NY from PA this morning. A welcome detour. You will not be sorry. And try their soy bacon, I'm no soyboy but that stuff is epic.

Poor communication.

Best bagel spot in the area and one of the only kosher ones around here. I work in the area and we needed to get some bagels this morning, I came in and was immediately greeted with a nice Goodmorning how are you? I then was being helped by who turned out to be the manager and he was so wonderful and polite(which you never see in bagel stores) along with being so well versed with the kosher supervision of the store. The staff overall was so friendly and welcoming that I’d definitely be back. Great bagels, great food and great coffee!
