Very unpleasant environment. Unfriendly employees. Dirty dining space. Can't even mention the food 🤢🤮. Food is crazy expensive 😫. Total waste of money.

Went this morning for 2 dozen bagels and sides. Guy behind the counter with the beard (didn't get his name) was so nice and quick. I've never been here before. Bagels were great and service was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

The bagels are so fresh and tasty
I tried the bagels with lite lox scallion cream cheese and was sooo good and tasty
The coffee also is good as you can make it your own which is good also
The pastries also are fresh

And the place is kosher

Roham has a poor attitude and terrible customer service. He was so rude to customers. The line was out the door at 11am. Roham came to the register and said okay your order is ready, meanwhile there was four people waiting for orders when we asked him whos order he wouldnt respond. We all looked around at each other waiting for him to answer until we had to ask again and then hes Roham replied i didnt take your order did I im talking to him im not talking to you. Like excuse me what?!!!! This place is not worth the wait. Especially if they take for ever and then gonna be rude about it. While i was there a lady came in to complain she paid for a breakfast combo and never got her coffee. The guy argued with her that if she wants coffee she has to state that when ordering and she said but I paid $4.99 for my breakfast combo and he replied oh if you paid $4.99 then yes that comes with a coffee. Again poor customer service. I would never ever come back here. I would pass out waiting for my food or my blood pressure would probably spike because of the rude customer service.

I’ve been coming here as a regular for the past decade or so. Through college and beyond. Harry and the staff have been great to me each and every time. Bagels, paninis, wraps, and salads are always so good. There was one day my mom and I were hungry in the later afternoon after a long doctor’s appointment. They were close to closing, but Harry took our order and made our food. It really hit the spot. He is also personable and professional. I can tell he is a real leader. One of the best Bagel Boss locations and we always come back for a reason! Thank you.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean and had seating. But the bagel was very stale and cold and for the price ($6.52 in cash) there was very little cream cheese.

Not a very professional response by the management/owner I own a business and wouldn't ever try to embarrass one of my patrons so yes am I upset that I spent $20 for egg salad but doesn't mean I won't be returning to get more I just wish you would have corrected your response and not sound like a gangster

Best bagel boss. The staff here are all so nice and friendly to all. Wont go to the one in Roslyn because of the staffs attitude problems. Very welcoming atmosphere here , better service, better menu.

The place has great food, is clean, and the people working there are extremely nice. Even though they are slightly high in price it is still a great place to go, and I will continue to go here and recommend this place to others. This morning i wanted a bagel but it was 11:00 AM and I could not decide if it was breakfast or lunch I was looking for. I went for the Tuna. It was delicious and while I was eating it, I was already planning on what day this week I will be back again.
