Best bagel spot in the area and one of the only kosher ones around here. I work in the area and we needed to get some bagels this morning, I came in and was immediately greeted with a nice Goodmorning how are you? I then was being helped by who turned out to be the manager and he was so wonderful and polite(which you never see in bagel stores) along with being so well versed with the kosher supervision of the store. The staff overall was so friendly and welcoming that I’d definitely be back. Great bagels, great food and great coffee!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe sign says "order here' so I waited under that sign. They then took 3 orders from customers who ask l walked in after me at the other end is the counter.I was unaware this was kosher as the other 3 bagel boss locations I've been to are not. There is no sign to tell you. Anyway, I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and one hot coffee and one iced coffee. ALL of which were TERRIBLE. Especially the iced coffee. It was for my wife, so I didn't try it until later when my wife complained saying something wasn't right. It was fizzy and tasted sour. We opened it up and noticed it was bocholistic! My hot coffee tasted God aweful but hers could have made her very sick! The iced coffee clearly wasn't fresh and probably had been an accumulating of several days of 'end of day leftover coffee'. It was BAD. Even the hot coffee tasted like it was burnt and made in a dirty carafe from bad water. I will NEVER patronize this place ever EVER again. The water isn't the issue as I have been to ShakeShack next door 2 weeks before and all the drinks tasted fine.If you find yourself here you would be better off getting your coffee from the Cumberland Farms down the block.

Picked up half a pound of white fish salad and 5 bagels today. The price of the white fish on their web site was $22.51 for a lb or $7.50 for half. Paid over $15 for half a lb and it has a sour taste. It isn't fresh. Haven't bought bagels for here in years since I worked in the area. They were a lot smaller and over $2 a bagel.

I have been coming to this bagel store for years. Just had an awful experience…I came in and bought 4 bagels and asked to try their dill tuna as I like it but sometimes when I buy it, it doesn’t taste fresh. When I asked the guy he said “NO” in a very rude way. Then he told me that it’s a “Kosher Store and we cannot let you taste. I told him that they always let me try it, paid him for the bagels and left. Sorry Bagel Bos but rude customer service and $2.50 a bagel will never make me step foot there again. Good luck, I’d rather go to ibagel in Roslyn or Bagel & Co. In Fresh Meadows.

Honestly after reading the reviews for this spot, I was extremely skeptical and tried to find a different location, but the people I was with convinced me otherwise. Walking in looks like a regular bagel shop. They have a good selection of coffees and drinks, as well as a good selection of bagels and cheeses/toppings. I had a bagel with tofu cream cheese and the amount of cream cheese was nothing short of a quarter or half a pound. The bagel was fresh and the cream cheese tasted great. The service was very quick and friendly. The restaurant was super clean. My favorite part was that you can make your own coffee hot or iced. Prices were good and parking was great.

What a nice little surprise. Inexpensive, quick, tasty, lots of choices and nice staff. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again. Nothing fancy but good food.

I have been to Bagel Boss Lake Success over 50 times in the past 4 years, and every time the quality of the food seems to get even better each time. The service of the workers is also extravagant they are so nice and helpful. I will be shopping again along with the atmosphere and ambiance of this place is just peak. Will be going to Bagel Boss Lake Success again.
