Decent bagels and coffee, but the service is not to standard.
I have visited numerous mornings around 6 a.m., where there is a line of customers, and only one of the 3/4 workers is working on the line. Customers in the store should always get priority!

I ordered 2 sesame bagels with butter.
After I got home ready to eat my bagels, they gave me raisin cinnamon bagels instead.
I have to go back to the store to get what I originally ordered.
It was Sunday morning and I made 2 trips to the store to get what I want.

Dropped by recently as my girlfriend and I were going to visit my parents. We moved to CT a little over a month ago.
Food is still good and the staff is attentive. We got 2 BEC and a cookie and it was $19. I might just have breakfast before I leave next time!

Great bagels and great service!
Enjoyed my perfectly made bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll and piping hot coffee while watching the friendly and competent staff fill other orders. This is a well run place. Clean, bright and pleasant. Looking forward to making it my regular when I am in the area.
