I've been coming here for the past four months off and on. How do you constantly mess up a sandwich order after you write it down on a piece of paper. I told them about this over and over again to where I get a reply of an attitude from the front staff. Also on top of that the same sandwich they constantly order the price goes up and down each day I come in. They do not know what they're doing here, very rude and are overcharging customers. This will be the last time I'm coming here because again my order is messed up.

So if you want some really delicious food, portions that are very large at a reasonable price then you need to visit this place. The bagels are very good to excellent (I am a very critical bagel critic). We went for the first time for breakfast which was so impressive we actually went back for lunch! Amazing breakfast sandwiches and omelettes and the lunch selection is vast and again the probs are very large. Staff is super nice. Only have 4 stars for the atmosphere as it is only about 5 booths and you need to ask for utensils and additional napkins as there is no condiment stand for this. Yes I am being very very picky

It wasn't a pleasure to visit the store. when I asked for a plastic bag for the bagels I bought, she said "NO" with nasty attitude. Very rude.

So strange that they would have two "Bagels and a Hole Lot More" in such close proximity with one another (the other is in Garden City Park). While the bagels taste the same in both places, for some reason the bacon here also taste a little funny. There's always a funk of old bacon grease in my old BEC here. For a little while, I thought maybe it was the type of bacon they used, but having tried the BEC's at their Garden City Park location, there's definitely something off. Other than that, you can expect to get the basics of a good standard NYC bagel joint! The staff is friendly and the service is quick!

The staff was not very friendly when I walked in. I got a bagel with butter and a packaged black-and-white cookie and my order was just about eight dollars. Something does not sound right! I would never go back to this establishment.
Could not and would not make me a wrap with tuna salad and garden salad on the wrap! He told me the garden salad was for side sales only and he would not make it. Decided to go elsewhere and you probably should as well!

Good bagels, not as pricey as other competitors in the area.Friendly staff. Fast service.Parking: Front parking lot...no problem but be careful when exiting the back parking lot. It's sometimes is hard to see / turn in either direction because of the curve and fast traffic.

Asked for two bagels with cream cheese and 1 everything bagel which the employee lied to me and told me that they don’t have it. I got a sesame bagel instead with butter, bacon and cheese and 2 cookies! $25 later all three bagels were burnt and mine only had butter! Very dry and way too expensive for burnt dry bagels. Not only was the order $25 but on top of that the employee was rude. Safe to say we won’t be going back! And a regular bagel with cream cheese is $5.25!! Crazy.

Loved the interesting flavors of bagels, some i had never seen before. But when I ordered scallion cream cheese they filled half of it with plain cream cheese before adding a bit of the flavor I paid for. Kinda annoying.
