I visited this Baskin-Robbins location recently for a simple ice cream order, but the experience was disappointing. Normally, you place your order at the ice cream counter, and the employee brings it over to the register to ring it up. However, the employee (lady) refused to take my order at the ice cream counter and instead told me to come to the register, pay first, and then she would serve me.
It felt like I was being treated differently, and I couldn’t help but feel that it may have been because of my ethnicity. Whether that was the case or not, the interaction left me uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result, I chose not to buy anything and just left. I hope the management thinks differently and if they are not racist, they must addresses this kind of behavior and ensures all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

I grew up going to this Baskin Robbins - love their ice cream. It just sucks to buy an ice cream cake with hair in it though. Happened twice to me already - was hoping the first time was just a rare one.So if you love a stranger's hair in your ice cream cake - come here!

Nice staff, quick service. I also spoke with a manager who informed me the store hours are 5am to11pm everyday they are not a 24hr location.
