It’s not a 24 hours either dose it open early
I went to this Baskin-Robbins location around 10:00 PM — a full 30 minutes before closing time — just trying to grab a quick ice cream. According to their hours, they close at 10:30 PM, but when I walked in, I was immediately told that the store was closed. I drove from far since it was the only store that was opened around the area.
They weren’t cleaning or closing up shop — they were literally messing around, laughing, and clearly just didn’t feel like doing their jobs. No apology, no explanation, just an unprofessional and disrespectful brush-off. I even double-checked the hours online and on the door — yep, definitely still supposed to be open.
If you're not going to honor your posted hours or at least treat paying customers with a basic level of respect, then maybe don't advertise you're open until 10:30. Won’t be coming back to this location — plenty of other places that still value customer service.
Great place , the second closest Baskin Robbin’s/ Dunkin place next to our home , we usually visit this place if we getting a drink or ice cream, I got the Green Sour Troll Frizz drink today , it was very good. And the service is very nice here too.
I got a large was around $12-$14, I included a picture I drank most of it , it mostly ice cream like a sherbet with soda
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food spots, but this Baskin-Robbins absolutely deserves a shoutout. I come here on a weekly basis, and the service is consistently amazing—attentive, friendly, and fast every single time.
The staff genuinely make the experience enjoyable, and the ice cream never disappoints. Whether I’m grabbing a quick treat or stopping by after a night out, they always get it right. Thank you to the team here for keeping the vibes high and the scoops delicious!
I'm new to the area and came here for a treat with my kids after school. The gentleman that was there was super friendly and just kind. Tonight I went there to pick up a birthday cake. I forgot to write Happy Birthday and the name. The lady who helped me was really cool about it and added the details for me. The staff that I encountered in this store give out the impression that they enjoy their job and enjoy their customers. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and patient. More ice cream selections that the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins chains. However, the size of the scoops is smaller and higher price. I paid $3.79 for a single scoop at the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins chain compared to $4.42 here. I would not waste my time here. Just go to any Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins chains since there are plenty around the neighborhood. You get smaller selection but the scoops are generous and cheaper.

They wanted to charge me over $170 for double sheet cake. I went to another Baskin-Robbins and ordered the exact same cake for $93.00. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager could not call back for 3 days.
This is not Mint chocolate chip!! The color and taste are NOTHING like I’ve had from Baskin in the last 10 years. It’s WHITE?! Since this was a take away order I couldn’t even check the color in the store. Not cool.

Love this Place ??
I have always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream. This review is not about the quality of the product but the quantity I received. I ordered a 3 scoop sundae, reasonably expecting at least 9 to 10 ounces of ice cream based on the rather high price. What I got was maybe 4--5 ounces of ice cream, each "scoop" looking more like a tablespoon than a scoop. The cherry on top took up much of the surface area of the scoop upon which it sat and there was barely any chocolate sauce. Can you imagine my disappointment? Thank goodness I didn't ask for any whipped cream or that could've been yet another potential let down! Don't they know that messing with a girl's sundae is just wrong? I mean what the heck is anyone supposed to do with 3 tablespoons of ice cream??? That's hardly even a taste!! Thinks are not that great in the world, and when I want to treat myself to a bit of sweet, heavenly goodness, I do not want to be short changed. I want the full scoop experience!!! Do better B & R.

The vanilla soft serve tasted weird. My daughter and I went inside to tell them. However, the staff was rude and claimed the manager is not here and they can't do anything about it despite spending $30. They definitely lost a customer.
Love this store. The staff are friendly, clean store and the service is awesome. I Will definitely be coming back!!!!!!!
Rude and sarcastic don’t come here!
awesome
I was sold a sour spoiled ice cream cake from @baskinrobbins !!! How is that an ice cream shop has spoiled ice cream cake? And the thing about spoiled ice cream is that you can’t tell until you eat it! So after singing happy birthday to my just six year old soon and serving the kids first I took my first bite and spit it out yelling “don’t eat the cake, don’t eat the cake!” Yeah, imagine how that went over in the room with kids. In the garbage the plates went along with the birthday moment.
